DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES GO HERE!!! I REPEAT DO NOT EVER, EVER GO TO SIMPLY MACINTOSH. I brought my phone to Simply Mac because it was under warranty, my phone was new, with not a scratch on it. When I got my phone back the screen was broken into pieces and after further investigation someone had taken my screen and replaced it with a shattered broken screen. And it gets worse, when I called to speak with the manager, Jim, he made me feel as if this was my fault. He offered me nothing for a solution, except he wouldnt charge me the $25.00 fee, I had initially paid. He lied to me to cover for one of his extremely rude customers service respresentatives, and Jim, as a manager has absolutely no concept of customer service AT ALL!! NONE!!!! He lied and made me feel awful, as a customer, for being upset that someone at Simply Macintosh STOLE MY SCREEN OFF MY PHONE AND REPLACED IT WITH A SHATTERED PIECE OF JUNK AND COMPLETELY DESTROYED MY PROPERTY, MY PHONE, AND GAVE IT BACK TO ME WITH AN OH WELL, WHO CARES ATTITUDE!!! I was in awe of my treatment there, it was disgusting!! To top everything off, all my phone needed was a battery. So, that goes to show the incompetence level of Simply Macintosh, if they couldnt even solve a very simple problem such as that, WOW!!! I put one star because I had to, but they DO NOT DESERVE TO BE IN BUSINESS!! So, spread the word like wild fire, STAY AWAY FROM SIMPLY MACINTOSH, unless you want your property destroyed, stolen and completely ruined. DO NOT GO TO SIMPLY MACINTOSH, THIS IS YOUR RED FLAG WARNING!! I truly wish I would have read Yelp reviews and other reviews before going to Simply Mac, because if I had been warned I would have my phone with a new battery instead of a shattered screen mess. Tell and warn your friends, Simply Macintosh is awful and filled with shady thieves.

every time i go in there they are completely rude and abrasive. i have never had a good experience with these people. recently i went in to try to get my external hard drive fixed and the women that i talked to was pushy, rude, and didnt want to give me any information. she seemed so judgmental and unhappy. talking to me as if i know nothing at all, and wasnt a paying customer. how do these people even make money? i dont understand how they continue to hire rude people. i wrote the owner about this interaction i had with his employee, and not only did he seem not to care at all, but he simply referred me to the apple service store in eureka, as if he didnt want my money either. it was extremely weird. its like they dont want business. fine by me. i will never go back there.

This place sucks! I brought my I mac in to have the optical drive replaced, they said they replaced it and it works fine. Come to find out they said they couldnt replicate the issue so they replaced the video card and called it good (after telling me they replaced the drive, they told me they sent it to Apple and everything). Well guess what, it doesnt work now I have to bring it back in to have them fix what I had brought it in for in the first place. I dont recommend this company to anyone. Especially if they are going to lie about the work done.

I have had my Mac for almost five years now. Ive had a new hard-drive put on it. Ive gotten a new charger for it. My computer had started making a lot of noise and they took care of it by putting in the new hard-drive now I have a lot of space left. My laptop is still going strong. Simply Macintosh has always been able to help me. I would most definitely buy from them again. They are always so helpful.

My macbook died after water got spilled all over it, and these guys were so helpful and friendly. They set me up with a new mac, despite initially telling me the data transfer wouldnt be done until the next day, they called me an hour later to tell me it was all ready. Dont listen to Tue bad reviews...these guys are awesome.

My daughter stuck 2 CDs in my mac laptop drive. I was relieved that they were able to take it immediately and pop them out. It only took 10 minutes or so. Price was a little steep for the work done, but with the quick service I didnt mind. Will go there again.

Poor customer service, didnt communicate regarding repair status. They ended up sending it to apple for repair without telling me. Why did I bother taking it to them? I couldve sent it to apple myself, they didnt do anything, and they managed to do it poorly!
