Terrible Experience. I went into ideas in the aurora mall to get my screen replaced on my iPhone 5c. I asked them if they used original apple screens to which they responded yes. It obviously was not an original screen because the colors were way off, where it was supposed to be white, it was blue. On top of that, the next day I dropped it from a foot off the ground and the screen shattered and the lcd light underneath wouldnt come on either. I had dropped the original 20 times and nothing happened until i dropped it out my car window. When i confronted the salesman, he said that oem apple parts didnt exist and that their parts are inferior and cheap. I will never trust these guys with any of my electronics ever again. You really do get what you pay for, do yourself a favor and get your phone fixed by a reputable, bonafide repair shop, even if the difference is $20.

Worst place ever! Got my screen fixed, raised the concern of my screen not being set right and they assured me it was ok...... A couple days later get a new case in and was putting it on, snapped it in and the screen cracked. I didnt even push hard!!!! Went back into the store and they refused to do anything for me and called security as soon as I said it was bs that I raised the concern they said it was ok and this happens. Owner wouldnt even talk to me. His employees were up front talking for him. And then get in my face swearing at me!!!!! As far as Im concerned pay the extra amount of money to get it fixed right. Now I see why their ads were on craigslist.

What a scam!!!!!!!. Bought a Groupon to get my husband and sons S4 and S5 screens fixed. Although we followed the instructions and called to set up an appointment we were told we didnt need one. Drove an hour to get there only to be told that the guy who fixes them wasnt there. Drove another hour back the next day where we were told it would take 3 hours to fix them and to come back then to pick them up then. When we returned we were told the guy again hadnt shown and was not answering his phone and the phones werent fixed. No call to let us know this. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!

Do not go to them for repairs. Gave them my device to repair. Had to bring it back three times and in the end it was worse off than before I gave it to them in the first place. And on top of that every time they told me a time when it would be ready for me to pick up and I would show up at that time they would give an excuse for why it wasnt ready, would have been nice if they called me to let me know before I drove out my way. And when I would call them to check they kept pushing back the time.

Got iphone screen replaced at 8pm, next morning found the screen had a crack up near the earpiece. I put it in a big phone case before I even left the store, and have not even dropped it! So I immediately drove back to show it and they said sorry nothing we can do. Go somewhere else or buy from icracked and do it yourself. They seemed nice at first, and I liked them, but the screens they use are absolute crap, and their attitude changes as soon as there is a problem.

DONT COME HERE TO GET YOUR COMPUTER FIX!!!!!! Even tho they fast with what they do. It not worth it. There something wrong with my widows 7 on my laptop. Now when I try to download something it asking me how do i want to open it but last time i had download it. It just download and open. I know i wont never tell no one to come here again. If you look at the pic it says" This copy of windows is not genuine"

This place charge me for a repair then had me walk around the mall for 6 hours saying the screen repair was taking longer than they thought then came clean that tech (owner never showed up and wouldnt take employees calls) then that wouldnt refund charges. Flat out stole 100 bucks.....
