Scam!!! The guy was very nice and had a charm but trick you to buy overly expensive stuff with poor quality. When I enter the canal I released my defense because I believed such place wont cheat people. So when that nice guy introduced me all the great functionalities of the stuffs, I believed without double checked by myself. He told me that the solar charger could be charged from zero to full in 6-7 hours under room light like the stores, I believed without thinking the basic physics. When I used it by myself, that device charged my phone from 30% to 60% and run out of power. The indicator was full before the charging! What a useless thing! And he told me the price is like 70-80 dollars. I got it free by buying the headphone, another scam product. All hose stuffs he sold didnt have barcode, and couldnt find online except from scam looking website which may set up by them. I felt sorry for America, because its those people who ruined the credit and trust in this society. I dont want to keep an eye on every people when dealing with them. Too sad.

This place is a SCAM. I bought two sets of headphones and two days later, one was completely broken. The other one is still in the box, but this place has no good phone number to reach them to return the items. I anticipate based on the cheap and significantly overpriced crap merchandise they sell to dissatisfied customers that they would not provide a refund anyway. Im from out of town which makes it more difficult to return. I have called my bank to report this place as a fraud and try to stop payment. I advise everyone else that has been ripped off by this place to do the same. Or better yet if you read these reviews first, obviously do not go near this outfit. Complete and utter rip off artists.

I normally ignore sales people at mall kiosks. I got sucked in and now I wonder if I was scammed. I felt like I was in the movie Boiler Room. What started as a conversation about a charging case, (which I wanted) turned into headphones, a charging case for my wife, screen protectors and wait.... Theres more.... Another pair of headphones. So it ends with, buy one pair of headphones, which cost $400, everything else is free! I do like the headphones but if you break out what everything costs they still made out. Debating taking everything back because I just feel dirty, like I need a shower. Dont drink and shop!

(WED; MAY 18, 2016)Went there and bought a pair of their GHT Bluetooth headphones and was helped by a nice woman named named Hillel. Got a pair of their purole headphones for a little over 100 dollars. I got an EXCELLENT DEAL. Would definitely refer them to my friends. Stop by and give em a chance, you wont regret the couple minutes it takes to buy a great set of headphones with plenty of color selection, good Bluetooth technology, and near unbreakable headphones! I can twist and bend em and they wont snap, unlike my beats /: YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!

TEEN CHANEL

RIPOFF bought a charger phone was totally dead left it charging for over an hour only to get 12 percent charge on it. Took it back they tried exchanging it. We asked to leave it charging to see if replacement one would work only to realize it didnt. After standing there for over 30 min to get the charger to work they refused to give us a refund. And decided to get loud with us. Left with non working charger and a receipt to call customer service...

Very bad experience with this smooth talking salesman who befriends you and offers the exact thing you now seem to need only to find out his special deal costs almost $60 more than the same items in honest retail locations or the Internet. How embarrassing to have succumbed to this scammer! He was manipulating the charges and in the end charged $60 for a $5.99 item, and $25 for a $3.00 item. Not very happy.

Do not shop there! I went there looking for a certified Apple charger. He sold me a charging claiming it was a certified Apple product, it was not. I know it isnt because the charge does not work on my computer/notepad. He also sold me a charging case which does not work properly. If youre in a bind and need to buy something, dont pay over $20 for it.

The pressure to buy something in this store is on another level. My husband finally succumbed and bought a $200 pair of earphones which did not work when taken out of the package. We had already left town so we did not go back and I wouldnt have expected any kind of service anyway. Horrible, dont even waste your time stepping into this store.

This is a true scam.. purchase mobile charger.. It will not stay charged. Also purchased 2 head phone sets.. I am now afraid to see if they work. He was a real charmer. Made you feel as if you were really getting deal. I am very upset and will try contacting there mall and BBB. I want my money back NOW.....

Salesmen spent more time flirting with me and convincing me the phone I bought was as good as the one I wanted. 2 hours later after realizing it was crap I tried to take it back and was told to call customer service, 2 weeks later and Im still waiting to hear back.

Price gouging, 34.99 for a standard USB type a to type a, normally 2.98 in Amazon and 4.98 at Walmart, and he is comparing his cable to an Apple cable, give me a break...seriously, save your self 30 bucks and go to Walmart... Heck its cheaper to get it at BestBuy

BEWARE. They do not accept returns on any items. Even worse, they were horrible when I tried to exchange an item. Manager at store would do nothing, and I had to deal with corporate office, and they were NASTY. I never did get my item exchanged. Avoid this place.

On 02-2016 in Las Vegas (Canal Shoppes), I bought 2 "crystal" cell phone cases for $230.00....WITH A ONE YEAR WARRANTY!! They both are falling apart! Tried calling the phone number listed and NO ANSWER. They are a SCAM! Dont shop there!
