(not my real name) I have lived in Angels for 16 years. The Swendeman family is awesome! They are down home real people. They tell it like it is and they wont kiss your ass. But they do go out of their way to help their customers. Theyve given me how to instructions ,theyve delivered for me, theyve let me be a dollar short ,theyve hand customized things for me, even came to one of my jobs and installed for me. Thank You Swendeman hardware! R.I.P. Dick, I still miss your stories of the good old days.

This place is very rude. I called to see if they carry wine barrels and the guy was very dismissive and rude when answering then just hung up on me. I have come up here for the past 23 years and tend to go to the little guys in an effort to help them thrive. Forget that notion with this place, Ill go to ace or the big guys and hopefully this ass hole of a hardware store will close.
