Sales staff have little knowledge of the items quote "its mostly Chinese junk, but some of the hand tools are comparable to Sears craftsman bottom line tools" - those are junk anymore too. I also was accused of shoplifting and had to sit and wait till the police got there only to show them my semi full colostomy bag. Then after that the price offered me a .50 flashlight to compensate for the hour+ waiting and dealing with the police. Ive been an inside track member for over 10 years and probably spent well over 2k on toolboxes in the last 2 years. (I will say their top level boxes are nice) But Im done with them for now, more than likely Ill have to shop there if I absolutely need something like an air compressor pump or something that will save me a couple hundred dollars or more but I will do that online if I can read the page. Whoever scanned the weekly ad this time doesnt know how to use a scanner because its blurry as Fook all. I say its not worth it anymore just to save a few $ and get a free lollipop (free gift)

I love the prices on tools. I saved a lot of money on basics, over what I would have spent at Lows or at Home Depot and the staff were very helpful and polite. What I didnt like was the feeling of insecurity. There were "street people" in and around the store who were just hanging out, and or sleeping in their cars. While I as in the store, the back door alarm sounded. Someone took a shopping cart full of merchandise and just ran out the back. I plan to continue shopping at Harbor Freight Tools for the wide selection and good prices, but it will be at another location where I feel more secure.

I believe the female cashiers name was JJ? gave me the rundown on how "her" company was loosing money and how she was going to have her hours cut because i returned a set of sockets and a ratchet (35$ value) even though Ive been shopping at harbor freight for 8+ years and have spent over $20,000 on junky but useful tools. pretty freaking ridiculous if you want to feel like a vendor/sales person and not a valued customer go to this location and make sure the lovely "JJ" helps you out. with employees like this its no wonder harbor freight got a class act lawsuit against them.

I feel very lucky that USA has this store. Well put business, quality differs from acceptable or awesome which does make it a value. Helps people be able to get what they otherwise hardly could. Example: Using 25% discount coupon to buy 10 lbs welding wire gets it for me at the price that in any other place I can never get it for! The wire is decent, if it welds poor for you it means you meed to get decent welder. Any wire will weld poorly with cheap welder. Yes Harbor Freight, long live!

Employees are nice, prices ok but most of the tools quality are good for home usage only...it is much less durable, I bought pittsburg screwdrivers set and all of them starts spinning from the handle, it was the fastest from box to trash I have ever did in my life....

Worst customer service was rejected to return a 3 dollar item when i was going to purchace at least 50 dollars worth of items dont go there cheap items and bad customers service not a good combination
