Its nice to have a local hardware store that is decent sized so that people in N Tustin do not have to drive all the way to Tustin Ranch The store has a good selection and has a more home feel than home depot. Clean. I question the prices though. I bought caulk made for roofing for almost 9 dollars there. Saw it for 4 dollars at home depot. In fairness it was a different brand. I bought a craftsman socket for a socket wrench. The Husky brand was about 40 percent less at home depot. Employees are new and that may explain the lack of smiling or experience with anything I hope they get it together as this store is needed.

First trip to OSH and well be back! We came in just to grab an bag of topsoil, but ended up finding everything we needed for a couple of other projects, thanks to Peggys friendly service! She was very knowledgeable and attentive - helped us find just what we needed for what wed planned to do - and she pointed out some really good sales on complementary items that we decided to get since they were a great price. We only shopping in the nursery department today, but the store had a nice layout and selection of products, and Im sure well be back soon ;) Thanks again for your help, Peggy!

Cool selection of fountains, pottery, and garden themed gifts for the garden lover. Decent selection of tools but more expensive than the big box stores. I also agree with Fredericks review regarding the lack of smiles, especially in the nursery Dept. Hopefully, this new OSH doesnt put the mom and pop hardware store around the corner out of business. But OSH does offer a much larger selection.

Just to set the record straight, the mom and pop went out of business prior to OSH coming to this location. The owner died of old age. Give them a chance, the service is great.
