I went into this store not knowing that it was ever there and Ill tell you that if there is something that you have ever looked for they have it...and if they dont they have a great turn around for ordering non stock items....this store dominates all the other mcfaddens....WOW!!!!

In terms of inventory they are a 10/10 perfect score place! In terms of customer service it really depends who you get, half the time it is an impatient buttmunch and the other half its a great person. Been here so many time I know who isnt a jerk so I usually talk to them

They do have a huge inventory but when it comes to trading or exchanges your SOL. They just give you your part back and say sorry your stuck with it. Ive gone here for all my needs, guess ill be doing a little more driving from now on.

This is what the old hardware stores used to be like before the Home Depots took over. They have great customer service, knowledgeable employees, and aisles of hardware that you wont find elsewhere.

Great place. Always seem to have every nut and bolt I need in stock that nobody else has. Only problem though are their store hours! Other than that a great place to shop

they have every nut bolt washer, specialty hardware parts and the staff is very good at finding what you need if you cant!
