They do have a great choice of hardware... They are located in the perfect spot...they are prices are reasonable and promotions are incredible ... For example , you get 20% off on your birthday - i dont think i would go there on my birthday , neither the owner does but the idea is brilliant :)! In addition, their customer service and attention to shoppers needs are incredible ...Great Job guys !

This store is very tiny and not a lot of selection. The saving grace to this store is the staff is super friendly and very helpful. If you need a lot of variety then dont come here. If you need knowledgeable advice and patience then this is your store. I personally prefer this store to Osh, Home Depot and Lowes. The staff makes the store amazing!

People there just refuse to help. Sam at the cashier did not even want to call anahiem branch to help find a window accessory. Service is the worst, i can not believe a store filled with more than 30000 items does not jnow how to track a part number or at least help client buy through other location
