WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE??? To make a long story short, I was treated horribly in store- lied to and mocked in front of other customers. Furious and embarrassed, I left... I later complained to the company via email. Guess how they fixed it? They sent me expired coupons that I couldve gotten anywhere on the web. Rue21, you have officially lost my business forever.
