I really wish you would just put the right prices on your merch so we dont have to guess how much things are. Saying something is between $3.50-$17.87 and posting a 40% off sign is a bit ridiculous. Im on a budget and that price range didnt help me figure out how much each item was. I even had to recant some of the charges, point out sale signs to the clerks because they DID have price markdowns on them and I was charged full price because your computer wasnt updated. I will say this: I needed a SM shirt and the associate let me buy a gift card and helped me order I w our paying shipping. I dont think I would have agreed to let my son get the items had they not made up for the many mistakes in the one great Customer Service move. Great associates, awesome Customer Care, very DUMB marketing signs. Get it together Old Navy Marketing Team.
