First time at this store brand: not as cluttered as TJ Maxx/Marshalls and not as thrashed as Burlington Coat Factory (at least in our area), but very low on merchandise. Some shelfs had items scattered with big empty gaps, some racks barely had enough clothing to qualified as occupied. The shoe area in particular had a poor selection. Staff at checkout was very friendly. Not sure we would shop there or at any other RDL again just based on merchandise selections.

Love this place, glad they finally came to town! Usually a great selection and they have mens shoes! I usually never leave the store without something, but it does happen occasionally. Only negative is that there arent enough registers or people working them. Lines can get long.

I love Ross, they are Hugh in Florida so am very happy that they opened up a store in Eau Claire. Am hoping that they bring in more merchandise so theres more selection especially in homes department. Store is clean and organized, employees are friendly, awesome place to shop.

Dresses I tried on were cheaply made and were not flattering. Bought probably the smallest bottle of perfume ever for only a dollar less than I saw it for at CVS. Not worth looking through all the crap to save only a dollar.

It is a basic "their price our price" store. Some items were questionably wet. Ew. Good price if they have what you are looking for but youll probably have to be patient.

Well stocked when they first came to town, but now it seems to get stocked less and pricing seems to have gone up a bit. Still lots of good deals and worth a trip.
