Two weeks ago I went to the shoe department the associate just stood at the counter, after 10 minutes I asked her a question and it was like I was bothering her, after a half hour I walked out if the store empty handed. Today I called the Home department with a question the associate said just a minute I will go look, she laid the phone down and I could hear her having a conversation with someone else and then she picked up the phone and said no we dont have one right now. I know she never went and looked because I could hear her the whole time talking and carrying on with someone else. Not sure I will be giving this store a 3rd chance!!!!

Very Terrible Service, I went there to purchase some clothing and a jacket and I was being Trailed by a worker who thought I was shoplifting because of the Color of my skin. I believe her name was margery but she confiscated my clothes and asked me If I was wearing any stolen clothes under my sweater. 1/5 rating and dont go there if youre Black. YOU WILL BE MISTREATED

Some of the associates are grumpy,no smile ,no greeting , they look like you bother them by doing business there , I understand theyre human being they can have a rough day , but not every day , guess what ? Im not going to use this store anymore.
