i have been shopping at this store for a while and now all of a sudden since they remodeled they turned to crap. said i could pick three magazines for free to get 20% off giving me the impression that I would not pay for this then i get late fee charges and my credit put to fair because I wasnt paying on my account when in fact I paid it off and then some without even realizing it. I had four magazines tagged on to my account plus two more that was sent to me with a subscription included with another magazine on the bill I guess. Now its Christmas and I am spending time dealing with this crap and a possible of having to pay late fees and my credit getting ruined because of this store WELL ITS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN AND I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS STORE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it doesnt even deserve one star!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just left this store and I have to say Marie back in the womens and childrens dept had the worst attitude. I was so upset with her horrible customer service that I looked for someone else to check me out. That was a task itself. Had I not found the young lady in the shoe dept I would have left the merchandise on the counter and walked out (I didnt see a name tag for the young lady in tbe shoe dept but she had much better customer service skills so KUDOS to her). If it werent for her your rating would be one star. Marie either needs refresher training on how great customer service or needs a job where she is not interacting with people.

Nice clothing and accessories sold here. But, few employees to check out customers; I actually stood in line for 20 mins behind two customers with multiple coupons. Most likely, I will not be returning to this store for a long time.
