I would give a lower amount of stars, but I had a good experience and a bad experience literally days after the other. First time I went in the staff was very helpful. 1/21/17. Had a few pages printed and staff was very helpful and even gave me some good pointers to make my next visit even easier. Two days later, today 1/23/17, I go in and there are 3 people behind the counter. Two were finishing up with their customers, the other guy was on the computer. After a few minutes, the employee who had no customer, acknowledged me and said it would be just a few more minutes....12 minutes later he asks what I need. He starts gathering my files off my jump drive and then asks one of the other guys to help me out so he can go to lunch. The other guy that took over seemed completely lost, had to do 2 tests prints just to know if the double side printing was going to come out upside down or not. After he figured that out, he finished my printing job. As I was waiting to get checked out, a older employee was being super rude to a female customer and told her, "I have no way to tell you how long this will take. May be later today, tomorrow or the day after...just call back and check to see if its done. If youre not going to wait here for it were just going to move on to other people." He was being very short with her. I had planned to buy a $300 copier before I left but the experience was so off putting that I decided I would buy the printer online from Best Buy and wait for shipping.

The other posters had it correct. DO NOT attempt to use this location as my experience was comparable. I called, spoke with a very rude Tabitha, and requested a simple order of 40 glossy print outs needed for a business event the following day. She instructed me to Email the documents to be printed and I complied immediately. The following day I attempted to follow up on two occasions via phone. After ringing for an EXTREMELY long time the call was answered and transferred to the print department. No one in that department would ever pick back up. I decided to drive to the location and, at this point unsurprisingly, the representative did not know about the order and it was not prepared. Though the representative (not Tabitha) offered to print the order out while I waited, I was in a rush and cancelled the request. The following Monday, I simply received an email from the print department stating, "What are you needing with this attachment?". Given my experience, I will not return to this store nor will I ever trust an Office Depot with my printing requirements again. Not once during any exchange with their staff did I gain a semblance of concern or care for their customers. I typically do not post public reviews, this being the first one ever performed, but the lack of service and incompetence displayed warranted me taking the time to warn others.

Very disappointed with the customer service in this store tonight. We went in with every intention of buying my son a laptop for college as they had advertised. Once in the store they had a special bundle promotion on an end cap. It seemed perfect for us. When we were finally able to find an employee to help us (we seriously searched for a good 5 minutes), he looked it up and informed us they were out of stock. I stood there waiting for him to give us another option, but he just stood there. Finally he said "Fayetteville has one I could call them and they could hold it for you." Okaaayyyy. I asked if they could just ship it to us. Nope. They couldnt give us the bundle deal if they did. Really!?! So he calls fayetteville to have them hold it for me. Seriously hes gone 10 minutes. He comes back and says that the stores phone system is down. They cant get a hold of them. They seriously let me walk out of that store without offering me anything. I dont even have the promise that if I drive to Fayetteville tomorrow it will still be there! I had intended on spending my money with them. They had the promotion on an end cap!! Make good on it!! Order it online for me and give me the product that goes with the deal. Offer me a rain check. Something! Very very frustrated with the absolute lack of customer service.

Went fall 2014 and again Sept. 10, 2015, for PTA printing job. Both times was helped by Jerry in print shop. This time, also helped by Rafael in print shop (and another person with no name tag.) All were VERY helpful, patience, and polite. Rafael ran a sample of my project to make sure it turned out how I thought it would (I was wrong) and then suggested easy fixes that didnt increase the cost but made the project look like I had originally imagined. They were VERY kind. And before I left, I was browsing copy paper and a different salesperson asked if he could help me find anything, so I asked for the lowest-price, color, copy paper...and he showed me a stack I had entirely missed (on a floor display, not in the regular copy paper area) at a price that really was much better than Id found on my own. He even helped me load it all in my cart and offered to check the back to see if there might be more. All of these people were wonderful. And I saw other customers happy with how they were treated, too. Im guessing the employees with the "bad reviews" arent there anymore.

I been to this store for four times . On first time i went to purchase a dell inspiron 15 5000 laptop(i7/1tb/12gb ram) ,which had a good discount offer. It seems to have some issues with the touchpad. Went back to replace it with a new piece. The new one had some issues with the screen/browser settings. Few days later i went their for a repair ,they keep it for one day and unfortunately the issue wasnt resolved ,so i returned it and took a HP pavilion 360 . The previous experiences has brought some concern in my brain that "they might be selling defected products on discount. It bothers me while im using the new laptop. Otherwise customer service was excellent with one staff named MATT and rest was not bad ,overall good service. i have 12 days left to return my new HP pavilion laptop.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Sales check-out cashier did not handle my transaction as well as he shouldve. He was very condescending and smirky when I misinterpreted the buy 2 get 1 free deal and instead of politely explaining it to me, he kept questioning back "so then wheres your third item huh?" And made me feel like a complete idiot. I was there for a work errand and had to rush back to my office but his attitude with me was wasting my time. He was very rude and not helpful. His name is Daniel, so avoid this employee if you must come to this store. I will never visit this store again.

The gentlemen that was working on July 3rd on second shift did a outstanding job ! He was very professional at the way he approached me . He told me he would have my cards ready for pick up the next day , but guess what he was working diligently, he printed and sized my cards in one day. I was able to take them home in the same day , didnt have to wait .
