I work in the service industry and rarely complain, but this will be is exception. I visited your store in Branson at around noon on March 1st 2017. I was looking for a particular item along with several other things I planned to purchase. I asked the only visible employee a cashier if she knew where I might find that particular item. She looked up from her texting long enough to tell me "I dont think so but it probably is on aisle six if we do? and then went back to her texting. I looked on aisle "6" and did not find it. At that point l decided not to purchase the other items I came for because of the poor customer service. As I was walking out your cashier was busy still texting. Needless to say there was no "did you find what you were looking for". You were not busy and if this is the level of service you provide I do not wonder why. I wont be back as this is not the first time I have experienced less than acceptable service.

Although the cashier was friendly he actually answered his cell phone (which was ringing loudly in his pocket) while waiting on me. He did ask them after a short conversation if he could call them back. As a retail cashier for over 40 years I believe this is unacceptable. It makes the customer feel very unimportant.
