Nice and clean store however the employees werent very professional. I ordered 2 desks online. Got an email for one of them saying it was the ready for pickup and then another saying the 2nd desk order could not be fulfilled and to call for questions. I was fine with that. When I got there I walked over to the pickup desk and told them I was there to pickup. The woman said okay and went to the back to get the desk. Took about 10 minutes to get it to the front even though the email said they had my order ready. Then I asked about the second desk and they said it was broken. I said okay no big deal we can come back when you get another in stock. She told me to call back in a day or so to check so I went on my way. Well the next morning I looked online and it showed they had one of the desks I wanted in stock. I went ahead and ordered it and even got an email saying it was ready for pickup. I was happy and headed to the store. I headed to the pickup desk and the same manager was there. She said "Oh that desk you ordered is broken. Remember? I told you to call first." This was frustrating because they sent me an email saying it was ready for pickup. I had to waste gas and time to drive over there because they didnt update their inventory and they sent me an email saying it was ready. Horrible experience. I wont be coming back here.

I wanted a tablet that was not in stock and the manager, Kevin went out of his way to help me get it ordered and honored the sale price and did not charge me shipping as it was out of stock in the store. I am very pleased with this store and would highly recommend them to anyone. We shop there often and have never had anything but excellent service. Today is January 19th and I am still very pleased with the store, however, customer service needs work. I was told on the 14th that my order shipped and was to arrive by 5pm on the 16th. For two days I tried to get a tracking number and could not. I contacted the store and they tried to get information for me and was as helpful as they could be. At 4:30 pm on Friday the 16th I decided to try chat one more time and at 4:45 pm was told my order hadnt shipped, that it had run out of stock during the order process. Needless to say, I was and am very unhappy. For two days I had been repeatedly told it had shipped and would arrive Friday the 16th. Again, I have no complaints with the store, they are still working very hard to try to get this tablet in my hands. But the customer service number is worthless. It still is showing shipped and with a delivery date of the 16th online. So they cant even update correctly. I still have no idea when I will receive it. Very disturbing.

There arent ever people on the floor to answer any questions you may have which I can see could make shopping here hard. That said, the climate is always comfortable, and they often have amazing deals on office supplies and tech, sometime even better deals on certain items than BestBuy, but dont hold your breath on that every time. When there is a staff member on the floor, they are always knowledgeable and willing to help, but there again almost never there.

This store specializes in having customers wait in line at one register while the manager greets others who enter. Most of the time she is just standing there, waiting ... like the customers in the single register line ... just waiting. Asked why she couldnt jump in and help she said it was corporate policy. Hey corporate! You just lost a customer. Your local family owned office supply store has enough sense to help customers.

Our experience was totally on-line. Order a Dell laptop on black Friday and got it and had bad cord. Sent it back and got another one. After 15 days the touch screen quit working. Sent it back in on 19 Dec and still havent got credit for the return yet. Every time I call they give me the run around. I will never do business with this company again.

Over priced furniture, but good for printers if you already know what youre looking for. I would really only come here if I had done prior research or there was a sale on something that I couldnt pass up. Best Buy is what I would recommend for people that are needed something but dont know what.

This place is 1000 times better than Staples. They are well stocked. Everyone is so helpful. One employee personally stopped by the Joplin store to bring some supplies to Springfield for me when I was in a tight situation. I highly recommend you shop here.

The prices are a little high, the floor staff is as terrible as you might expect at an office supply store. The cashiers are typically friendly and they normally have what I need if I cant wait for Amazon shipping.

Even if their website says an item is in stock it might not be on the shelf. Its probably best to order online and pick it up in store.
