Ordered business cards on a Tuesday around noon. Was assured Id be emailed the proofs that night, as I live a 40 minute drive away. No proofs. I called was told that Id been told 24-48 hours. This was a lie. I HAD to have the cards for a show that weekend. Was assured I would have them. On Thursday, I drove 40 mins into town, bought ink and card stock (I should have done that in the first place!) to make my own cards. I spoke to a manager that was mystfied that I was told Id have cards so quickly since they "take a minimum of 10 days". I told her to forget the order and that Ill make my own. I was still in town, less than 10 minutes after I left the store, when I get a call to "come in" and see the proofs. The cards "should" be ready "sometime" in the afternoon. I have several hours of work to do for this trip. I cant hang around in town for up to 6 hours for a maybe. If the store has a item in stock, fine. But a custom order? Plan on being lied to and screwed over.

Im not sure whats happened in the last few months, but Ive noticed many changes to this store recently... and I like them. First, theyve remodeled and rearranged their shelves so that more items are at eye level and fewer things are out of reach. Second, the staff are incredibly friendly and eager to help. Third, they frequently go above and beyond what their coupons state and will beat competitor prices with no questions asked. The cashiers often ask you to provide feedback online which Ill gladly do to report good customer service (not to mention that you get a coupon). One day I did so and mentioned that, after I got home, I noticed that one of the items I bought differed in price from what was listed on the sticker (it was a difference of less than a dollar). I received a call back from an apologetic manager in less than 10 minutes!

The personnel in this facility need serious retraining as to how to service customers when they come in the facility and how to be professional and acknowledge and take care of customers when they enter the building. The management needs to inform the employees that personal issues are not to be taken care of the customer and that the customer always comes first. I know that I wont be back and neither will anyone that I do business with or am related to or associated with in any form or fashion. I also will be relaying this forward to the District, Regional and Corporate levels so no else is relegated to this lack of professionalism.

Glad the staff is friendly and willing to help, but you never would have known it when I went in there. I went in at 830 tonight to drop off a package. One employee was helping someone, and didnt bother to acknowledge my presence or call anyone else to help. For 10 minutes I stood there while they helped the other customer, and while another employee walked by repeatedly. After 10 minutes, I took my package and left with still no recognition from the staff. I guess I probably wont be back.

Terrific staff, very helpful and knowledgeable. They have a shipping and receiving dept, and simply send your photos to their email and theyll print them out for you on whatever type and size paper you want in color and black&white, very cheap too! They also do computer repairs, virus protection, and ink cartridge recycling. Pretty cool place. Its cheap if you need to print or fax anything and the employees will go out of their way to help you. Highly recommended!

I looked in my local telephone book to call Office Depot for a need that I had looking for a particular item. The number in the book is a fax number. This is frustrating when needing information. I looked online and did find the phone number with the location. The online description lists the phone number to be 981-4559 which actually is a fax when dialed. To me this is not good marketing.

Calling in and delivery service has been great, but trying to find help in this store while shopping is very hard. Noticed clerks are busy on their cell phones in the corner most of the time. Love the variety of products in the store, but it is to pricey.

Not good. I had to sit on the floor of a crowded isle of boxes to find the ink I needed for my Brother. When I asked the tech about the ink he was rather vague or some would say not to interested in helping. Could use a course in friendly.
