I went here with my wife to have some books put together for a school project. We encountered the absolute worst service here. My wife placed a telephone call to the business days before arrival in order to confirm pricing for a project. Satisfied with the quote we went in a couple days later to have the project completed. The employee was very rude and acted as if it was simply too much to ask her to do her job. On top of that, it took approximately an hour for her to determine that the price quoted over the telephone was off by more than a hundred dollars. We left with a request to have the manager call us to see if the misquoted price would be honored. Despite assurances that the manager would call, it was necessary to call the business back on more than one occasion to get her on the phone. Upon contacting the manager she simply said the price was the price and there was not so much as an apology for their mistakes and our wasted time. As a result, I will never do any printing or copying with this business again.

Our company uses Fedex as a primary shipping courier, and we spend hundreds of thousands of dollars with them a year. Last night 9/7/16 we had a 2 day shipment that needed to go out, and unfortunately our regular Fedex driver had already picked up. This was no big deal, as we just sent one of our employees to drop off the package on his way home. The employee was sent to this location, however even though the package was professionally packed, and had a paid label on it, the store refused to take the package as it was (we ship dozens of expedited packages this way daily). They then demanded our employee pay a $4.00 "filler" fee to even ship the package, even though the package already had a $25 label on it. We had no choice but to pay the $4.00 fee in this case, as the package needed to go out, and we had no other options. I just cant believe that a store would try to take advantage of a situation like this, when we are such a high volume customer. Perhaps its time we revisited our primary shipping needs.

We drove in from New Richmond to drop off a package that FedEx delivered to us with the wrong items. So we bring it to the Hudson store yesterday the man tells my husband that they can not ship it. However the package was retaped exactly the way FedEx delivered it. But he tells my husband that the two boxes that were taped together from the original shipment thru Fedex. Had to have two labels, so he came home. Did exactly what the man had told him to do. We went back today with the package and he laughs and preceded to tell us they can not ship.. this store is a joke. I told him this info was bullshit.. He preceded to tell me it is policy, well the policy did not apply when this package was shipped to my house as we repackaged it exactly as they shipped in the first place.. bullshit is what you get not service. Plus the shipment is already paid for!!!!!

The staff seem bothered every time I stop in to mail items. I have heard this from others too. Consequently, I only use FedEx if I absolutely need to. UPDATE 9/19/2015 - I stopped in to pick up a package and was also going to mail some other packages out of convenience, but the young lady behind the counter was more worried about losing her job than letting us mail our packages. The customer service at this location is terrible. Go to The UPS Store at 808 Carmichael or the Post Office on Hanley instead.

In researching packaging guide lines set by fed-exs own web site there is no mention to any of the statements this local fed-ex claims. They will drop it off one way but if you try and return it the same way then they want you to make two packages and pay twice. Will be seeking legal counsel. Feel free to respond fedex but the truth seems to already be placed on your reviews.

Discrimination! I was waiting to be helped and was next to be served. A girl walks in the door. The employee turns to her and helps her first. He blatantly discriminated against me because of my sex and skin color. After he was done I confronted the employee and said that what he did was wrong. He saw nothing wrong with his discriminating and asked me to leave.

I just called this Fed Ex location to find out where a package was that hasnt been shipped for a week. I spoke to someone named Travis or Dragon or something (He wouldnt clearly tell me his name) who would not give me very good information and even hung up the phone on me. Terrible customer service. Do NOT use this service.

Manager was rude to her employees while there were several costumers in the store, rude to them as well. Terrible service, and what they printed for me, I could of done better at home with a 39$ printer...
