This is not the small town hardware store one would hope for. You are not going to find employees that have tended the store for years and can offer knowledgeable personalized help to customers. Instead you will encounter high-turnover employees that have little interest in providing meaningful customer service. Oddly, the store and yard are fairly well stock but I rarely seem to be able to find exactly what I need and tend to avoid the store and wait to shop in nearby Conway. Keep your expectations low when shopping here.
