Tl;Dr version: Great shop if you know what you are looking for. If you need help from the staff, better go on to Sephora. The service here was abysmal. Staff appeared to be frustrated by the very notion of helping customers. My friend needed help finding a foundation, once the right color was chosen they discovered the color id had been wiped off of the tester bottle. Wow. How old was that tester? Ick. When the seemingly "exhausted/bored/overworked/underpaid" employee "color matched" the foundation, assuring us it was the correct one, we purchased and left. It was not the correct foundation, so another trip had to be made to get the right one. Time wasted unnecessarily for the customer bc of a careless mistake by the staff. Otherwise, the selection was great, as expected for this nationwide retailer. The clearance items were priced well and i was able to try some brands I wouldnt normally purchase at regular price.

Today I went in to buy a few things. The lady at the entrance didnt even say hi, and then as I walked more into the store she says "um do you need help?" I said no thanks. The employee on the floor was rude when I asked her for her suggestion on face cleaner. She showed me one product and didnt even listen to me. Then she ran off to help someone else, when I went to checkout, as I was paying a line formed behind me and she hopped to another register to help them, before I was even finished! Extremely rude and they have the WORST customer service. If I could buy my products elsewhere in town, I WOULD. These people have absolutely no respect. If I were a manager, I would never let this slide. Unacceptable behavior.

I have been in many Ultas before but this one is by far the WORST!!! The staff are so rude. They have no business being in customer service. I have been in this one in Conway twice now and when I ask for help the staff act like its a burden to help you. Oh, and they are even rude to you when checking out. Like what? Why be rude? It takes so much more effort to be rude.. My cashier that checked me out last time name was Kristy and she is the reason that I will not ever return back to that store. Just flat out rude for no reason. I will be driving to Little Rocks Sephora for all of my beauty needs from now on. They have amazing, nice, helpful staff unlike this place.

Booked a nail appt here and had a horrible experience. The girls did not know what they were doing and stated they didnt know what they were doing. When I questioned a particular girl there she responded with a racist comment stating "were not like Asian nail techs and its not our falt if it comes out bad". When I spoke to the manager discussing the horrible customer service she merely apologized and said they had just opened. Hmmm...why book nail services when clearly no one knows how to perform said service. Horrible experience, treated poorly...beware:dont book a nail appointment here.

I called and asked if they had a particular product in stock (tarteist contour palette 1). The girl on the phone said she was going to check. She came back and told me they did have it in stock but when I asked if they could hold it for me since I was on my way to the store, she changed her story and said they didnt have the product in stock. Dont say you have that particular product then say you dont. This isnt the first time this has happened to me. I was on hold for 15 minutes which is more than enough time to figure out if you actually have a product or not.

I feel horrible for this corporation. They offer a TON of helpful beauty items and services , but the majority of the staff at the store in Conway, Ar , act as if the customer is an inconvenience to their lives and time! The ladies working at the registers , literally were aloof and acted as if they hated their jobs! I ( customer) felt as if I were asking them to provide an act of God to have them help me give them my HARD-Earned money to purchase my items. Hate that the staff arent motivated or it could be other reasons???

Went in yesterday to treat my visiting college student daughter. She needed new foundation and we both wanted the new Urban Decay Naked Ultimate Basics palette. The Urban Decay area was a messy disaster. Almost half their products have been sold out since Christmas when I was unable to find Urban Decay items for gifts. No one was working the floor and to top it off, with quite a few children in the store we found a razor box cutter open on a low shelf. Love Ulta but management at this location desperately needs upgrading.

Im actually not sure why this place is so poorly rated. It seems that other contributors didnt have their feet kissed when they walked in the door. Me and my wife have never been treated badly and they have always been more than accommodating every time we are in there. They dont try to pressure you and they dont snub you. Theyve always helped any time my wife needed them and they never made me feel like I wasnt wanted. Prices are reasonable but they dont control that either.

Went in looking for some help to find some bronzer and every employee was extremely rude and more focused on communicating with each other than us customers. Management definitely needs to be replaced, was so excited for this location to open since I live here, but Id much rather take the drive to little rock or just purchase straight from the products online website then waste my time coming here.

Although the customer service is fine at check out, they do not help you any other time nor ask if you need help. I am a frequent visitor and spend lots of time here but customer service is enough to send me to the Little Rock locations instead.

Management very poor. I had to return a product and had 3 different answers as to what the store policy was. Very disappointed that a guaranteed product was not replaced. Will NOT be returning to this store.

This Ulta is amazing! All of the staff are great and friendly, and they help find everything I need. The salon is awesome and full of wonderful stylists. Brianna is mine and has always given me a great cut!!

Little rock store was closed. So called ahead to check and see if this store was open. Drove here to find the employees decided to just close early, opposed to their set hours for the day. Rude on the phone.
