Im writing to express my extreme displeasure at the humiliating, stalker-like and unprofessional behavior demonstrated by one of your Retail employees: Brandon at the Park Plaza Mall Location in Little Rock, AR. Over the last week Ive been working with Krystle (who is amazing) to identify a good mens fragrance to purchase. She invited me in to test several different colognes, and I planned to buy a Versace next week. Yesterday, after dropping by to test my body chemistry with a Versace cologne, I was followed out of the store and accosted in front of my place of employment by Brandon who berated and scolded me for coming into his store without "ever purchasing anything". He accused me of "screwing up his stores conversion rates" and told me not to come back. When I told him that I am a customer of Krystal and Brittany, he called them nobodys and that they worked for him. I was horrified and embarrassed. And when I asked for his managers name he would not tell me. My colleagues and customers who witnessed the entire interaction (since Brandon chose to confront me in fromt of my workplace) were collectively offended by Brandons behavior. I was made late for work because of Brandon. And my day was less than pleasant. I started my shift a sobbing mess because of Brandon. Over the past 1.5 months Ive had a makeover and have purchased 5 items (totaling well over 300 dollars) and my mother has made purchases too. I take friends to sephora all the time to make purchases. Mainly because of the wonderful customer service I receive by folks like Krystle and Brittany Greenfield. I could get products sold at Sephora ANYWHERE. But I choose to come to Sephora because of Krystle and Brittany. I dont want to ruin my relationship with these ladies, or deny Sephora my loyalty and word of mouth marketing, however, I will have no choice but to stop shopping at Sephora if something is not done about Brandon immediately.

Not one to complain... But wow. Came in to try out some new products. I was minding my own business when all of a sudden-Boom! here comes Patty bum rushing right in front of me and the product I was thinking about buying. She and a customer continued to stand directly in front of me, ignoring the fact that I was standing there when they pushed me out of the way. Patty then proceeds to walk off, not asking if I need help. I have worked in restaurants and retail long enough to know this is NOT how you treats guests in your establishment.

The staff is knowledgeable and willing to help out in any way they can. If you are in need of any beauty supplies this is the store to shop in.
