We have only 2 grocery stores to choose from and that includes, Sprawlmart Super Center. Even when there was another grocery store, I always preferred the cleanliness and good service at Safeway. (One exception, the bathrooms. What the hell is wrong with people?) Even in my travels to bigger cities such as Flagstaff and Phoenix, Arizona, I used to always stick with the Safeway stores. Since their purchase, by Albertsons, I have learned to do the majority of my shopping at my local Wal-Mart. The Albertsons mentality of, buy 1 get 3 free, doesnt cut it with me. Im a single man who takes care of his 84 year old mother. She just doesnt eat that much. Dont get me wrong, the staff at the Safeway are outstanding. Neither store in town has a fresh meat section but the butchers at Safeway are always super nice, helpful and proactive. If they see you standing in the meat area, they will almost always ask if you need something. Try to get that out of a Sprawlmart, in any of their departments.

SO Clean!!!! Whenever Im in town I come to this Safeway for all my needs. Everyone is always really nice and helpful. The lines usually move rather quickly BUT if youre going to shop here make sure you have a rewards account. There is no reason to purchase anything from this store unless you have a rewards card cause the prices would be outrageous.

Long lines and nobody to help us find what we were looking for. The cashier did ask if we found everything, but by the time a customer is in line its already too late. The cashier was friendly and the store was clean. I would have given it two stars, but given its a holiday I decided to be more lenient in my scoring.

That Smart Cookie

Employees were very rude, nothing was priced right, and they were out of literally everything. Very dirty too. I grabbed a cart from outside because they had none inside and the handle was gross. The cart hold smelled like someone had crapped there and the floor was disgusting. Worse Safeway visit ever.

Best alternative because the hotel has nothing you need such as ice and food. This place has soup sandwiches and all the groceries you need. A little pricey side but 4 stars for providing what I needed.

It would be nice to let customers knows that theres a different address with different prices. So we didnt get the discount because the Safeway ad in circulation is for Safeways in Glendale AZ.

Good place to buy groceries, the produce department is well stocked. Good produce. Great bakery and deli. The flower department is very nice. Good liqueur department. Very clean store
