This is the BEST BAKERY of all Safeways and Bakerys anywhere!!!! Im from Washington, lived in California Northern and Southern, Arizona. I prefer Safeway always over Albertsons, Smiths, etc... Fresh whip cream and fresh strawberry birthday cake and Consuello (sp?) is the Sweetest person helping my nitpicky questions all the way. I am stressed with a Birthday Party and last minute the assigned person to bring the B-day cake Couldnt :-( Safeway saves the day!!!!! :-) And Thank you Consuello!! I also love the super organized, clean and well maintained Produce section. Good Job on the quality too !! Thank you Safeway, I can Always count on You!!! Helen

We have been shopping at this Safeway for almost five years. The staff have always been friendly no matter the hour I am in there shopping. Their prices are good, and theres always a good special. The bakery is wonderful quality, particularly the bagels and the special cakes. The produce section has a good variety with seasonal and "exotic" options. Theres a fair amount of ethnic foods I may not find many other places in the area. If I ever ask for help to find something the staff goes above and beyond trying to help. Its always clean, and I can usually find what Im looking to buy.

I have noticed this store consistently has items "on sale" in the aisle, but when you get to the register they suddenly are full price again (yes, I use a safeway card). This happens very consistently on probably 1 out of every 4 or 5 "sale" items and either the people running the store are completely inept at their jobs or they are intentionally forgetting to put certain sales in the systems in order to trick you into paying more than you thought you were. They fix it if you say something, but why do I need to get a price check every single time I shop ? This store is crap.

bozeman should not be the dumping ground for discarded CA store managers. nice but defeated associates; fantastic assistant manager, horrible and terrifying store manager. worst ive ever seen. if you knew how employees feel you would not shop there. hope someday the right people find out how void of management skills the store manager is. do not work here if you have the ridiculous notion that you should be treated like a human being.

Roommate left wallet there. Staff tore through it thoroughly even though there was personnel info in it. Also his ID and some cash was missing. He left it at the register after paying, the staff most likely had been in possession of it entire time. Never returning to this store

This Safeway is in a very convenient place for me, but I still avoid it due to their extraordinarily high prices. Their produce is usually in good condition, but their meat selection is lacking. Id rather go across the street to Town and Country to save a few bucks.

At Christmas the Safeway stores all have these wonderful cookies...with a chocolate kiss in the middle. We buy four of the packages and ALWAYS wish wed gotten more. Thanks for becoming part of Christmas. The bozeman store even had Lefsa!!

I really enjoy this store. It is very clean and a wonderful place to spend part of your day shopping for groceries! The prices are not as competitive as other places in town, but nonetheless, a five-star Safeway.
