This place has serious problems with expired products. I moved to this side of tucson a few months ago and was excited to be near an albertsons again. Its a shame - this one is a bit of a disaster. Ive shopped there maybe 10 times... on probably 8 of those occasions Ive bought expired products. I have started trying to pay really close attention - but sometimes you just forget. I bought three small packets of butter at the very end of June: one expired in september (fine, but early for butter), one expired in mid june (already expired), one expired in april (two months ago). Accordingly, this butter sat on albertsons shelves for 2 months after expiring with nobody on staff noticing. Thats a mess... the place is just not well managed.

Many of the prices for everyday non-sale items at Albertsons are a bit higher than youd find at Frys. However if youre shopping strictly based on the current ad, they still have some good deals. As far as customer service goes, this location is great. The store is always clean and the employees are friendly and helpful. The shelves are fully stocked, Ive rarely gone in and not found what I needed there. My only advice is to beware of the high traffic times M-F 3-5:30 pm, when everyone is getting out of school and work, you may be waiting in line longer than expected. More check out lanes than check out workers. Unfortunately, it seems this is the case for every grocery store in town during these hours though.

Its been my nieborhood store for years even when my son was bout 1/2 yrs old and all cashier,workers new him he wld tryn sneek out and workers wld say get bk with ur mother or hes in the freezer again mom lol he was always playn hide an seek an everyone loved him and our family its really good store! Prices sometimes r great other times not so much,but have always been treated with respect an never been treated any different... Thank you for your time and patients with me and to the pharmacy staff as well! Sharla P.

Personally its close to homeso I go there a lot. The prices are not the best in town nor is the variety on the shelves or in the bakery. I will say however, the customer service is far better than the Bashas up the road but not near as friendly as Food City or Frys.

We drive by two other grocery stores to shop here. Yes, they have coupons like all the other Albertsons and their Competitors. The difference is STAFF. they are service-oriented and very friendly and helpful. Their management is the BEST in the industry.
