I had a beautiful experience at JCPenney. I went to purchase mattresses my sales associate was Richard who was very knowledgeable and professional. I was able to get exactly what I needed for a great price. I received service with a smile. There was another associate Ross who sold me a patio set he was very attentive and sharp. I highly recommend this Home store!

Once the custom blinds were ordered & down payment was made I have not been able to reach anyone to confirm delivery. Have called every department in this store & cannot reach a person to talk to. No one has answered a phone. Someone finally answered in Wisconsin. Service is horrific. I feel like cancelling order!!!

I had the best experience with custom blinds ordered from an associate that actually came to my house. If you want personalized service I highly recommend not going on the weekend but otherwise they are fantastic!!
