I work in retail and in my company we work very hard on customer service and making the customer feel welcome. My husband and I walked in here and we didnt even get a hello. We walked passed many associates who greeted other customers and asked if they were still doing good, but not even a smile at us. I dont know if it was because we are a young couple and they didnt think we were serious but they never got the chance to find out. This alone made us want to take our money elsewhere.

I purchased furniture here last year, and I loved the selection. It was a little expensive, but I got exactly what I had in mind. The representative was very helpful. I had my items shipped to Helena, and it was very easy. My items were delivered to my living room at a time that was convenient for me, and I didnt have to lift a finger. Thank you so much for the receipts! I really appreciate what you did for me. I would recommend you guys to anyone I know!

Joe was very helpful and patient during my 2 visits. Too bad the dining room table I selected was not in the computer system accurately. They thought it was in stock only to find out AFTER I paid for it that the system was wrong and there were no tables in stock for the sku I selected. Now I have to wait 2 weeks for the unit to come in. Disappointing.

Great service and selection. When the new sofa would quite fit in the back of my vehicle an Ashely employee didnt hesitate to load in his van and drop it off at my house. The extra steps like that go a long way in saving time and hassle. I will definitely head to Ashley next time Im in need of furniture.

Ashley bought a bankrupt company called "Berkline". Costco allowed them in, but you will still get padding that fails (reduces) to 1/4" of the original thickness. A reclining sofa will get you a 90 degree angle piece of Chinese particle board making you uncomfortable. Bad buy.
