Well initially my review was awesome then I took my couches home and of course one was broken . The back wasnt stapled correctly and nails were a huge hazard. Called the store and they advised us to take it in and they would exchange it. They exchanged it alright , for the headrest in the showroom . So now I have new couches with one headrest that has been sat on by tons of people . Dissapointed and Disgusted , if I wanted used I would have bought used . didnt think I would walk in and actually walk out with a purchase. Michael was very patient with me and I was very very happy with his service . Im definitely returning for future purchases here . Awesome customer service !
