Its very unfortunate having to write a bad review for something that was once so exciting. 4 weeks ago we drove to El Paso (245 miles one way) to shop for new living room furniture. We went to 5 different stores and found the perfect set here. Service was friendly and not pushy and it looked like prices were good. We ended up having to order our set as they didnt have them in stock. We went to pick up our furniture 2 weeks ago, rented a u-haul ($170)to pick up all together and one of the reclining couches was faulty. They re ordered and we went home with just the one couch. We got a call last week that our new one was in and I asked them to inspect it and call if there was any damage. My husband went back to pick it up again this morning and the back was damaged. I am extremely frustrated as this was the third drive to El Paso this month and we still dont have our couch. I asked the manager if they could deliver and he said he would credit us $100-$200 dollars towards merchandise for the inconvenience. I dont want a credit! I want to not have to go back to El Paso or at least credit us fairly. We spent 4K on furniture at this store and traveled a total of 1470 miles not including the 490 miles we will have to travel when the couch comes back in for the 3rd time. Thats 1960 miles traveled, 3 days taken off work for travel, a u-haul rental and not to mention the time and aggravation. I think thats worth more then $100. Just saying. I do understand that the furniture damage was not their fault but it is defiantly not ours. And we should have been made aware of the damage before traveling out once again. Again the service was friendly and the manager seems very nice but I dont think we are being treated 100% fairly. I also do want to mention that the guys at the delivery dock are very nice and helpful when picking up and inspecting. The only reason for the 1 star is for the amount of time and money spent trying to get our furniture picked up. I could have ordered them online and delivered for that matter.

Horrible service i bought a bedroom set 15 days ago cash and they told me that i would receive my bedroom set in a week n half. Then they told me i had to wait cuz the order was back up. Then they told my husband it was gonna get delivered today Friday. And i spoke to the manager willie yesterday cuz the footboard didnt get here so i had to wait agin til next week n i told him i wanted a refund cuz they didnt keep their end of the deal. And he said ok today early morning they call me to let me no the the general manager DID NOT approve the refund basically i had to suck it up n wait til they got the stuff. Since i paid the cash they dont care how much i wait to get my purchase since they already have my money... YEAH NO ONE BEATS SHORTY ON SCREWING U OVER. just b careful if u pay cash make sure they have the stuff if not ur gonna go thru hell. 15 days pass already got to wait six more days to get my stuff n their os no guarantee now since they keep lying to me.

We first saw this company at the Home and Garden show a couple of years ago. We ended up purchasing a bed that we loved and our sales person Martin was very friendly and helpful. We were recently in the market for some bunk beds and we shopped around and then I remembered what great customer service Martin had provided so I called him up, explained was I was in the market for and forward him some pictures of what I was looking for. Within minutes he responded back and was able to find me what we were looking for at a much more affordable price. We ordered the furniture and to our surprise we were able to pick it up within a day of ordering! We were very happy with overall experience again. I highly recommend this place and "Martin" has always gone above and beyond to help his customers. Excellent customer service. Thank you!!

I went in the other day and was helped by a man named Eddie. He was absolutely wonderful. He took the time to answer any questions I had and also explained where I could find the things I was looking for. He also didnt hover, which was a huge blessing for me beccause Im super awkward in high pressure sales situations. He was present, attentive, and helpful but wasnt overbearing at all. The products were very nice but at affordable prices (we also were there when they were having a spring clearance sale, so the prices were even lower). There were tons of pieces with tons of styles to choose from. We bough a couch from them and the whole process couldnt have been any easier. I would recommend them to my friends and family and will definitely be my first place to go back in the future.

We are regular customers of National Furniture because we truly enjoy the experience each time. The salespeople "Guide" you to where you want to look and browse and Dont follow you around like a stalker or a puppydog at your heels...So you can relax and enjoy your shopping experience. They are available to answer questions and belp though, never too far away...but never over-bearing. And its a good thing to be free to browse because it is truly a great place to shop, with a tremendous selection of furniture. The first time we came in about 2 and a half years ago, we bought our living room set...and it is still in great shape. Not falling apart or anything like that...It is still good as new. Youve GOT to check this place out if you have not been here yet!

This place sucks!! We went to buy a recliner, they sold it to us without telling us that the recliner was damage. Then after we paid and went home Lupe sent us a picture of the damage part of the recliner and confirming that we paid for a damage recliner. When we told her that she didnt told us , she said that she forgot -.- I mean really??? So we asked for at least a discount and they prefer to not give us a discount than sell it. But the funny part was that we were going to buy another one before that one and she was going to give us a $200 discount for a really nice and not damage recliner. But they cant give us at least $30 off for the broken recliner? Like are you joking? Dont waste your time and money here. Dont trust Lupe either.

It has been over a year since I filled my home with furniture from National. But I still remember the guy who helped us... Daniel Puebla. If hes still there go see him. He really listened to what we needed and the price range we had to work with. He worked with us. And we were able to furnish a master bedroom and 2 others, and living and dining rooms. There was a hiccup where a couch they delivered was torn. They picked it up and replaced it right away. So great customer service there too! I would advise anyone to come see all they have to offer. And their great staff will really work with you to fit your budget and make sure youre happy.
