Worst expirience ever, the customer service is the worst, You walk in the storr and all the sales person are rude AF, they do t really care. While I was a the N.ZAragoza location, My lil girl had to use the bathroom and of the sales ladies was in there putting her make up on she took like 39 minutes Just to come outside and tell us that it was out of service. They took 2 month more from the date they told us to give us our living room set so we didnt have a living room for over 2 months. Also when our living room set came, because they rushed it to get it manufactured, the quality was terrible, within a month this living room has wrinkles all over ir came with a few red stains and a few scrapes. We are currently trying to either change it for a different living room or giving our money back.

The ones who gave 5 stars are probably employees there.. If I could I would give no stars. Bought furniture there in Aug (over priced made in mexico furniture). When they delivered my furniture they tore the back of my coach. Supposedly they ordered the part but all they did was upholstered the back and returned it with the leather all dirty and damaged.. Tried to call back so they could fix it and just keep giving me the run around. IF YOU HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THEM I SUGGEST REPORTING THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM! DO NOT SIGN THE CONTRACT WITHOUT READING IT THOROUGHLY! ALL SALES FINAL, PURCHASE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

WORSE PLACE EVER!!!!! Ordered a bedroom set, took them 5 weeks to deliver after being told we would receive it the following Tuesday, we rescheduled about 4 times we never got the mirror piece and still rescheduling to pick it up. The place itself is so unorganized, the staff is rude, and the furniture is horrible. The bed frame cant be attached to the bed rails and its really cheap material and the financing is horrible!!! We made the mistake of buying our furniture from here we were first time buyers so we didnt know much but now we do and we will never go back to them!!! You have been warned!!!!!!

We shopped around many different furniture stores in El Paso and found lots of beautiful styles of furniture at different places we looked. But it seemed that the more unique and beautiful the furniture was, the more out of our price range it was. And the furniture at other stores was so plain and ugly when it was affordable. But we finally found Ponderosa and were pleasantly surprised at what we found there. They really have great value for the price. We furnished our living room and master bedroom from Ponderosa, and people are usually surprised at how little we spent. Great value for the money.

I sure wish I could remember the name of the girl who helped me. She really went out of her way to make sure we were happy. First, she was not pushy. She allowed us to browse and look around in peace, but she was always available to answer any questions and help out when we needed it. We finally settled on a beautiful sleighbed master bedroom set. She helped us get a really great price, and even stuck with us all the way through to the warehouse process and made sure we were taken good care of from start to finish.

Because they have the worst customer service ever i was tols they would deliver my furniture saturday i was home all day saturday waiting for them and they never showed up they bring my stuff till monday and yet again i was nevet told that the leaving set i purchase wasent available till next week am very up set the sales person never told me that never buying anything from them again

This is especially important with the model homes I purchase for. And recently I furnished some apartment complex models too. The colors and styles of furniture here are especially beautiful.

Not only did they not have what I was looking for but didnt care to help or even push a sale. At the rate they are going they may be going out of business for a long time especially with those prices they have.

The furniture has the worst craftsmanship ever. All the furniture is extremely cheap and badly built. 75% of what I purchased literally broke after 2 weeks. Unfortunately, they also have the worst customer service. I will never visit nor buy from this company again. Do not recommend this furniture store, go elsewhere.

Best experience in my entire.... but at the doniphan location!! State of the art customer service there! Store manager was soo nice and soo polite!! The sales advisor smelled great and has the greatest aditude a sales advisor can carry!! The service was phenomenal. The store was absolutely clean!!!
