We bought a mattress from them. We had to have the mattress delivered on one of three days due to my husband being gone the week prior, and three weeks after these three days. We needed my husband home as I cannot set up the baby crib next to the bed due to medical problems. We told the sales person all of this as we didnt want to buy the bed unless they could deliver it when my husband was home. When they came, they delivered the wrong mattress. We called them and talked with one of their managers. The female manager told us they could deliver the right one the following week which we couldnt do cause my husband wouldnt be here. After talking to her more, she told us if we could be home at 1PM they could deliver it that same day. We rushed home and waited. We called them several times after 1PM came and went and finally were told that the delivery would be sometime after 1PM. We get things delivered to us all the time, and the delivery service can always tell us withing 30 minutes when they will be here. Unexcusable in this day an age. I had planned to spend the afternoon at the park with my two sons and husband before he left for three weeks but instead we were forced to wait for this delivery. They did not only deliver the wrong one, but wasted our whole afternoon. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. Be warned El Paso residents.

Mi esposa y yo estamos muy satisfechos con el excelente servicio que nos brindó Diana al momento de escoger nuestra nueva recámara. Todo el tiempo fue muy amable, servicial, y sobre todo muy paciente! Pero lo más importante es que nos consiguió el mejor precio (inclusive cuando nos gustó un modelo de la competencia), ella consiguio lo que buscábamos, realmente estamos muy satisfechos con nuestra compra. De igual manera, agradecermos a Aída, de quien tambien tenemos solo comentarios buenos. Definitivamente volveremos a la mueblería.

This is for the West side location and the said owner Alex, I had come into this store three times and was told multiple stories about finance charges, down payments ..... Sales 101 at its worst making it over obvious that the only thing this team cares about is their capital and not the customer. I was shown a deal by a sales person on Saturday the 25th and tiday after speaking with the finance company asked my wife and my mother to go in and sign for the sectional she had wanted. When they arrived the "Sales manager" basically called them liars so they contacted me, I then stated what was said in the agreement over the weekend and she called some owner named Alex who also called us liars. The point here is that hosehold is only looking to get the most out of you as money not a customer, and I strongly believe that it is unfortunate that many people that die bussiness with these people do not understand how bad of a dela they are getting. If there was a negative option on stars that would be my rating.

Called looking for an office desk. The rep assured me they had plenty. I got there and one rep told us they had none on display but we could check their computer. Now Im pissed. If we liked one we could get it from the warehouse down the road at least. The rep showed us kids desks. We explained we wanted an office desk. I finally found one and said I wanted that one. The rep explained that they had to "special order" it. Surprised I asked why since it was not marked special order. He just said they did. I pressed on and explained that it wasnt marked and asked could he check his warehouse at least. I guess psychically they knew. I also noticed that much of the prices were marked up over a $100. The Ashely Burkesville desk was marked up around $460. Ashely sold it for $360. Moving on.

This store is crazy. I had a bad experience with other stores like Ashley and Conns. But I checked out the ratings and reviews and found out it was pretty good store. I had to go check it out. As soon as I walked in the store I was greeted by Waskan. He did something that I havent seen anyone else do before. He asked me if I was new. And I replied yes. And he told me about the layout of the store and let me have the freedom to walk around myself. I didnt feel like I was pushed to have someone walk around making me choose something. Thats what I call amazing customer service. Long story short. I have a new favorite store and a new guy to go to. I bought some tables. But Im definitely going back knowing I can take my time without being rushed. Thanks bro. Im definitely a repeating customer

They have terrible customer service, and very poor quality furniture and an even worse warranty guarantee. We bought a table from them and even bought the additional warranty package. We were told that of we did not use the warranty within three years we could get that money back. LIES!! First off, one of the chairs broke due to manufacturer defect and we have attempted to use the warranty we purchased. They will not honor it. So we tried to get that $100.00 back and they said we have to wait out the three years and then it can be "in store credit". We will not be here bc we are military and they have a firm "no exception policy". They con people into this warranty to make an extra buck and none ever get processed properly. Therefore we are screwed out of the $100.00. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!

Went in to look at bedroom sets. We were not abushed by sales associates. (Which we loved). We did NOT feel pressured to buy anything. Dee showed us around and she is extremely knowledgeable about everything.she is personable and friendly and made us feel comfortable (to the point to where I was playing on the floor with my daughter and she was too) . At the end she gave my daughter a plush dog of the store dog Allie. The showroom is packed with gorgeous furniture and the prices are fantastic! We finally purchased furniture from Household after going to ten other stores. Household furniture felt like family. We will definitely be going back. (Thank you Dee R. for your help and patience!!

The time I placed my order the staff was amazing and we were handled with quality. I was told 2 weeks max for my order, well I was incredibly misinformed. I made my first call after 2 weeks to be notified that its anywhere from 2 to 8 weeks... ok. 3 weeks went by and curiosity strikes, do I have to pay for the furniture that I did not recieve yet? I called was notified they cannot answer that as it was financed with someone else. Ok. I then proceeded to ask what was the current update on the furniture. I was transferred back and fourth and hung up on 3 times. Completely unprofessional. After I recieve my couches I will never do business here again.

I love this place. I was helped by Waskan. His Prior Military. It helped us relate more since my husband was in the military as well. I never felt rushed to make my decision when we were looking for sectionals. He gave us so many options and helped us narrow it down to one sectional. Im 100% happy with my selection. And he walked us step by step on how the process for getting financed worked. Im definitely going back to buy my son a bedroom set and going straight to him. Hes also new and he would double check his work every time I made a change. P.S. If you buy from him he also does a magic trick for you if you ask for it.
