Steer clear of this drive up pharmacy. The pharmacy is more interested in putting your prescription back on shelf than selling it to you. Their policy is 8 days, return to shelf policy with existing prescriptions, and 6 days for new. Today was my 6th day, mid-day since they had my new RX filled. Earlier today they gave me a call, which I couldnt answer... which the voicemail simply said they had 2 completed for 6 days and to call them. (The second one was for an existing prescription). So I went there when I was finished with my errands to find out they put it back in stock. This is not the first time. Very frustrating. I told them not to fill it again, that I would be taking my business elsewhere. I received a text less than a half hour later that it was ready. I called to tell them I would not be picking it up. The Pharmacist answered. I reminded him that we had had a discussion the last time my Rx was returned to stock. He was to fill this new RX (which by the way was originally sent to them 7 weeks ago and they didnt automatically fill it when it came in from the doctor. It had just been prescribed the day they received it from the doctors so of course it was needed.... another story all together...I digress). It seems like he could have mentioned at that time that new RX get re-shelved after 6 days instead of 8. Pharmacist name is John. I also asked him to complete the transfer of my other prescriptions from another CVS. He said he couldnt do it, that I would have to go to that pharmacy to do it. So I went to the other pharmacy and the pharmacist there said John had lied and that he was just being lazy. Strike one on John. Then today Ion the phone with him, I was explaining the reasons I had moved my prescriptions to Walmart. He didnt apologise for the terrible service, which was totally warranted since he caused it. He just kept interrupting me to ask which drugs. I said "you dont care, do you?" And he interrupeted again. Finally I just hung up on him. There is other drive up pharmacys around. Id avoid this one. Service is terrible. And from the Pharmacist directly, thats unexcusable.

Love the staff at Target Pharmacy on Oracle and River. They are very nice and efficient. The only issue I have is that I am on automatic-refill of my prescriptions, and sometimes I run out without getting a refill and call from them. Or the prescription refills have run out, and have not been requested from my Physician in time for my refill date. If Im running in to grocery shop, I call the pharmacy ahead of my trip to make sure I dont have a prescription that needs to be filled because of that. I think you will enjoy your prescription experience. Make it your responsibility and not rely on the automatic-refill system.

My older mother was given wrong rx with wrong patient information. The medication that was given to her is for chemotherapy and she was going in to get flu medication. This is the worst pharmacy ever. My mother could have taken it and something horrible could have happen. Never

Overall, its alright but there is one girl that works there that acts a bit snooty and always acts annoyed when asked a question. Not the friendliest place to go.
