I love this place... everything is organize and clean...i love the customer service when i use to come buy here....but recently they have not let my husband go inside the store....now he doesnt have an ID...i understand is a requirement but he is 24 years old...you can defenetly tell he is over the age of 18.....after hundreds of dollars we have spend on this store they would not let him in now.... i just think is unfair that they would not let him in when you can totally see he is older than 18...i mean by now we just decided to go to another store where they can appreciate our business

This place sucks. Rude customer service and they treated me unfairly on my first visit. They asked for me to put my bag "behind the counter" and yet I saw three other women with their bag in their hands. Its a bad case of discrimination and unprofessional service. Yeah I understand its a sexshop but it doesnt matter. No one should be treated like this.

Not much of a difference between this place and all the other chain adult stores, but that could also be a bad thing. Not too inspired by their products, and the cashiers have a knack at walking up to you just when youre trying to decide between dildos....embarrassing and aggravating....needs more product or more choices.

It is the staff that puts this place over the top for me. We visit this store about once a month and Cindy has helped us the last few times. She is knowledgeable and friendly, but doesnt linger uncomfortably like a lot of adult toy store employees seem to do.
