Ive been coming to this smoke shop for about 5 years, but today was the LAST straw. First off, the lady that works there, Dana Dishon, is extremely and consistently rude to me (and other customers). Sometimes when you come to the store there is a sign that says "Be Back in 15 Minutes"; honestly though I think shes getting high somewhere outside the store (Ive been coming here a long time). Im absolutely DONE coming here because TODAY she called the cops on my little brother for trying to return a broken item. Dana said NO REFUNDS on any items (which is fine). We contested her about it since we had just boughten it from the store and she IMMEDIATELY called the cops. Literally went from zero to one hundred in 5 seconds; we also tried calling the store the next day in order to resolve the matter so that we may return and continue purchasing items, but Dana called the cops AGAIN for harassment (we only called one time and Dana yelled at us that we arent allowed back in the store). Goodbye Traders. Also its pretty sad that after all the torturing she has put me and my little brother through, she proceeds to try and remove our reviews off of google, and puts a review up for her own store in an attempt to disguise the fact that she is a terrible employee who treats her customers terribly and (in my opinion) unfairly.

Traders is my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE. I have NEVER had any issue at any of their locations. The manager is so incredible and the shop is always clean. I apologized for taking so much of her time, but she was extremely patient with me while I checked out multiple pieces chose a couple that I loved. Shes very personable always makes me feel welcome. The prices are great and so are the employees. I wont shop anywhere else!

I absolutely love this place. The two woman and men men there have always been so kind to me and my family. I visit this place at least twice a week and they are always very welcome and informative. I used to go to a smoke shop in Tempe and their prices were explosive. At Traders, though, I have always gotten an awesome deal!!! Thanks for carrying everything I need. You all are awesome!!!

I had a wonderful experience today at traders! I met with Dana (pardon my spelling if incorrect) at the Scottsdale location, and the customer service was absolutely phenomenal. Highly reccomend!!
