This smoke shop was well stocked and appeared clean. I guess my only complaint was the stereotypical pothead running the shop that night. Most customers arent there to hear about your experiences being high and playing Ninja Turtles, perhaps that is my own personal bias. The employees knowledge seemed to be that of a typical high school student, as in, they think they know everything, and are pretty good at bullshitting. Like most high school students, smoking pot makes you a more open minded, well rounded, and cool. Alas, the product I tried was a great deal, and tasted wonderful. It is my personal belief I ended up with this product out of luck, however, the employee did suggest it, and he was nice. THREE OUTTA FIVE.

Guy behind the counter didnt know what he was talking about. Spent 150$ for a dab rig and necessities for it to break 30 mins after getting home. Ill admit, Im a noob so I had a lot of questions but he couldve at least advised us on the proper attachments or given a bit more explanation. He just wanted the sale. Been coming here for other stuff for years. Will never come back. A to Z smoke shop all day baby!!

Horrible customer service, the guy at the counter was obviously (due to the overwhelming odor) smoking the herb in the shop, and was to baked to get off the stool to answer any questions. I had better experiences at TrAiLs Ikkk!!! Better off going somewhere that cares about there products and their customers! Try PB or HerbNLegend or BNB in the east! Save your gas! :)

I love/hate this smoke shop... But I know the owners and they are assholes who dont care about anyone... Some of their prices are a little high but other than that its a good place to go... and as for the customer service I think it depends on the time of the month if they are going to be nice or not.... hmmm kinda ridiculous!!

From my most recent visits there staff is new and they are not knowledgeable on any of there products from not knowing the artist of their heady glass to how there vapes work.They have also raised there prices on all of there blunt. This store has just gone down hill from what I remember

Was supposed to have my pulsar Barb fire coil in , hadnt came in but manager took initiative an went an grabbed from the other store. For that I will I always remain a loyal customer . Dana is very helpful an cares for the customer experience.

Walked in and all he cared about is talking with his buddy then he didnt even try to ask what I needed just didnt care. Well I would of bought a lot but went to the next smoke shop I think Nanas. Which also had way way way cheaper prices!

Traders is the best! The girls, Melanie and Jayme are fantastic. I have never felt more comfortable in a smoke shop. If you have not been there yet, you should get on the Traders bus!

It has a Bitcoin ATM. Not many in the metroplex, especially that you can withdraw from. (Another one is at Claasic Crust Pizza on Cave Creek and Cactus!)
