This shop is terrible. Absolutely horrible experience. These guys are across the street from me at Deer Valley and Lake Pleasant Parkway, so I went in to see what Vape juice they had. The guy helping me out sold me on some of what he later told me was his buddies juice. So I bought it and left the shop. I came back 10 minutes later because I had noticed that he gave me the wrong flavor by reading the label. I hadnt even opened it and came back because I had decided that I wanted to return it anyway, which is completely within my rights. Long story short after 5 minutes of trying to get him to see reason, he basically said it was against the rules for him to return it. He said it would mess up their register... (I paid with a DEBIT CARD??! Doesnt make sense). So I said ok then give me what I originally wanted, and left the shop, not wanting a confrontation. But I was super bummed about the whole situation. The juice wasnt even good. Like, at all. Guy just wanted to sell his buddies juice. The label on the bottle also stained my clothes, hands, shoes, and anything else I touched PINK because the label was cheap and just had exposed BRIGHT PINK INK on it, no lamination or anything. Next day I called one of Gravitates Scottsdale locations. I told that guy the whole story and he was really cool, saying that he couldnt do anything for me, (understandable), but that the 1st guy legally COULD have return me my money. I had paid with a DEBIT CARD 10 minutes earlier. And one of their own employees told me that the guy should have returned me my money. So if you arent exactly sure what you want, DO NOT go to this shop because they arent professional, will give you the wrong stuff, and wont refund you your money under any circumstances. I just want to say if you are stupid enough to but the wrong juice you know you return it. There is federal laws like returning condoms they would have been more than happy to warranty if for you. But you message sounds like you walked back in being vulgar and disrespectful and expect him to bend over backwards for you. You gotta give respect to get respect. If you were nice Im sure he would have danged your item and give you the one you preferred but you made his life hard and followed protocol. Which again. Thank you Mr employe for underlings the laws behing this stuff and not putting your business in jeopardy for some lady thay would have light the. Match an watched it burn. I will for sure come by and congratulate you and bring a cate package. For keeping calm and giving her exactly what she deserved. You should always couldnt check what you buy. Employes are busy and Im will to bet a million dollars he would have helped you of you were nice.. Way to go america. Equal rights. All assholes get treated the same

ok first off if you need a quick oh my god i need vape gear now stop there ok, but if you plan on vaping for the foceable future, dont go there. every thing is cloned there, not a 1:1 clone like a clone of a clone of a clone. i bought a mod there for 80$ thinking it was a good deal found it online and at three other vape stores for 25$ they mark stuff up like 300%. its not worth your money or you time, there juice selection is super lame. i will have to say though kyle is the best person in there to deal with everyone else doesnt know what there doing as far as vaping is concerned. i saw them sell this guy a 200$ mod that was only 85$ everywhere else. EVERYONE go online its called fastech yes you have to wait a month to ge things but youll play a fraction of the cost i paid 25 dollars for a patriot 3rd gen clone on fastech it was 2$. so yeah other then that good people aka kyle haha.

Gravitate Smoke Shop is an excellent place to shop for cigarettes, cigars, E-Cig Mods and more. Kyle (one of the employees), is very knowledgable and friendly. I decided to get back into vaping again and bought my mod there and he built the RDA I bought and showed me how to do it on my own as well as giving me all the ins and outs, does and donts. Holy Cow!!!! I thought I knew vaping, but after Kyle built my RDA for me, I was blown away!! We couldnt see in front of us through the vapor cloud for a few seconds!. I was totally blown away in shock and awe. The owner is also very nice and pleasant to talk to. I have found my go to shop for what I need. I would highly recommend Gravitate Smoke Shop to anyone.

Walked in with low expectations because smoke shops in general have let me down. This place far exceeds every shop I have been to. Has a large variety of Vape accessories and juices. Also, a huge variety of smoke accessories. Great energetic staff that really care about their jobs and what they are doing. Overall excellent place and I will be coming here for all future smoke purchases. Great job guys and keep it up.

These guys are awesome! They are super helpful and friendly. Even with a newbie to the world of vapor like myself. They are always more than willing to help me out and give me their honest opinion and are never pushy. Even though I live on the other side of the valley, I always make it a point to come see these guys for all of my vapor needs. Definitely the best experiences vs all the other shops Ive been to!

At 10:30 last night the atomizer quit working, went in when they opened up in the morning and the owner (dont know his name) got me back to vapin in a few minutes even though he wasnt real familiar with these "new fangled vape gimmicks" that his young kid employees know really well, but he got me fixed up....thanks!!...

Ive been going here for over a year now and I cannot recommend these guys enough. The people who work here are friendly, fun and actually care about what they do and who they help. This smoke shop is the gem of the North West Valley.
