The ONLY place I will go for help, equipment, and all round atmosphere! I had an issue with a brand new vape kit, not the first one from the manufacture Ive had before (different kit from about a year ago, same issue) and thought lets give it another go...FAIL! I called up the shop to find out, explain what happened, give them my situation and got the EXACT customer service I was hoping for/expected! They worked with me and took care of all my issues, heard me out, and just over the phone I was already a satisfied customer! Treated me with the same respect as I know I would like to be given in a reversed role and THAT to me is the definition of customer service! I ended up basically upgrading and had one of the BEST experiences that has sold me on being a Smoke Away customer for years to come! Adam, Colt, and the staff at the other Surprise location, I tip my hat to you and thank you for the help and respect and everything you did to make me one satisfied guy! I HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking to get into, or just checking out other sets, to stop by and talk to these guys. As one that has and continues to work in customer service, just coming direct and explaining, THEY took charge of what they could do to rectify the situation for me and for that, major kudos! Keep it up!!

This week I made my final purchase at smoke away despite the fact that they have great employees and the best selection in the west valley. Recently a new employee, Adam from another location, moved to this store. I do not appreciate his attitude or the way he bends rules for people he seems friendly with. In the past the no return policy has been a pain in the rear but an otherwise understandable and endurable policy. Recently I have seen this boy give away a bowl to a girl who claimed to have bought a bad one and accept a return for over the cost of the paltry returns I have attempted due to defects. Even that I have endured, but this boy the other day tells me to go to another store for a case of butane because it is cheaper, multiple times! I told him I want to spend my money here and he says he will take my money, he just doesnt want to sell me something he wouldnt spend his own money on. Now I guess I will have to drive much further for half the quality.

Great and friendly customer service. Nancy, Colt, and Adam are knowledgeable of the products and go out of their way to help their customers. Their water pipe selection could do with a revamp, but still a better selection than other smoke shops in the area. Overall, its a great store and atmosphere.

I love it here! Its my go to place for cigars! I would love a Jobe here just to share my knowledge about cigars to new cigar smokers showing them the best bang for their buck when they come in looking for something with amazing flavor with a small price to pay!

A great smoke shop with lots of varieties and selections of pipes,cigarettes,cigars,hookah,vapors and tobacco products. Everyone who works there is very helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this shop. Try them out! :)
