Been here for a few things and I have always left feeling like I was well taken care of.... Until today. I bought a very expensive vape pen for my Master. He was very happy with it and their house made E-liquid. Well its been a few weeks and the vape pen is falling apart. The screws are loose and he took it back in (as they said they stand behind their products). He simply asked them if they could help him fix it. He was told "no we cant fix it! This is a smoke shop not a fix it shop!" He left and we wont be back. Dont buy a vape pen from them they will fall apart. Update: from what I had seen and what I was told the parts were all there nothing "broke off" as stated by the shop aside from 1 screw he asked if you had replacement screws for them and if they could be tightened He got response that was less than friendly where a simple "no we dont offer those services" would have been sufficient. Instead he got a very short tone of "we are a smoke shop, not a fix it shop!" This is not how customer relations of a reputable business is run. We were originally told they do have recycled parts that could be used if we have any problems. That was when we made the original purchase. We have found a place that does fully stand behind their products and will repair or replace broken vape pens and supplies sometimes for a fee but never turned away. This would be Smoking Vapor on 44th Street by the Costco on Thomas Road.

I visit Hi-Life primarily for e-cigarette/vape supplies. They can mix custom juices for you and the flavors (there must be at least 100) can be combined any way you like with different PG/VG and nicotine levels. They taste great right away and incredible after a week or two of steeping. They are extremely well priced. They are a great product for people who use tons of juice in their drippers/subtanks like I do. They also have a decent selection of hardware (considering the limited space); Theres all the most popular and best brands of mods, batteries, drippers, tanks and everything you need to get your vape on - not to mention very low prices on them as well. The selection and prices are great but what makes Hi-Life amazing is Moe. He is eminently knowledgeable and always eager and happy to help. I went to Hi-life because its the closest shop to my apartment, but after my experience with them Id happily drive for an hour to get there if that was necessary.

By far the best smoke shop Ive ever been to. I came to Scottsdale for vacation and after seeing the selection of items they have here it makes my hometown smoke shops look like childs play. Not to mention the amazing customer service. I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends. Definitely going to be my first stop when I come visit again. Thank you guys. And thank you especially to Moe. He helped me with everything I needed and took the time to answer any and all questions I had.

In the process of moving to Scottsdale from Las Vegas and had to give it a shot for kratom as I was looking for housing and kratom has great effects on mood and anxiety.. Blown away by customer service, price and quality of product recommended. In fact the two gentlemen who helped were headed to Vegas for the weekend. I can only hope we exceeded their expectations as tourist who are like family to true Las Vegans. I will be a loyal customer. See you in a few days!

What a worthless waste of space. The shop never opens on time which is actually a bonus because it saves a lucky few from the hacks that own the place. Came in looking for a simple attachment for a waterpipe and "Moe" didnt even know where to look in his own store. On top of that the place reeks, how do you even let a smoke shop smell so bad? Just burn incense idiots, if you even know what that is.

This is my favorite and by far the best smoke shop and service that you can ask for! Hi- Life smoke shop always has great inventory, and the prices are definitely much lower than most of the smoke shops in the area. Thank you Moe for helping me pick out my new hookah!!! I came to the store at 9:53am. On the website they claim to open at 10. I waited patiently for 30min and no one ever unlocked the doors. So I left... and just my luck there was another smoke shop. It was like literally two steps away lol
