The nicest hippies around. 2 months ago, I purchased my first vape/e-cigarette. I was a little bit nervous because Ive never used one before, so of course from the first 10 minutes I owned it, it immediately had issues. After I opened it, it wouldnt output any vapor at all. I returned to the shop 5 minutes later, and the employee swapped the battery for a new one (no charge) and that seemed to fix it a bit. I had a little vapor coming out, but because it was new, I figured it was because there was only a small charge on the battery. I plugged it in and let it fully charge. Ok, so I get a small amount of vapor and then immediately hear a loud POP noise and realize it burned my mouth/tongue. That was unpleasant..but I figure...ok, its my fault..what do I have the power set on? Its on 19..and thats really low. So basically every time I use it, it burns me. I hate this damn thing, and I call the shop to see if I can return it. (no returns on equipment) I finally just decide to to the human thing, and go in and plead my case. The employee completely understands, and suggests that the atomizer is garbage, and gives me a better atomizer at no charge, which is something that they arent obliged to do. AND! Guess what works perfectly now? I went from thinking it was the worst investment Id ever made, to being happy with my purchase. They were understanding and kind about the whole thing, I never once felt like I was bothering them or being an annoying customer. THANKS GUYS

The majority of my visits have been pleasant here, minus one... but they immediately took care of me during another visit, going above and beyond what they were obligated to, so Im happy with my overall experience with them. If I had one request it would be more knowledgeable employees about a very helpful herb called Kratom. It can help a lot of people if used correctly, and guidance is necessary for its full benefits. Otherwise great shop!
