This place is filthy and over priced. Its Saturday just about 2pm and this guy who may just be the worlds worst employee or the worst owner in the history of smoke shops was huffing and puffing like a lunatic the moment we walked in. So to the owner the man working Saturday at 2pm June 18th should be fired without question. We wished to see some "quality" vaporizers and he took 15 min dusting off the $30 crap in his display case, then finally got to the descent stuff in the $100 range but didnt know a thing about what he was selling. So I figured I would buy a few cigars. While looking the man starts yelling that he has a customer and I need to get out. He was watching me as if I was going to steal one of his cigars or something. Its Scottsdale and if you look like your from around here thats the last thing this guy needs to worry about. So after him telling me I am taking to long and that he has another customer to attend to I tell him have at it I dont require you assurance. He says well you take to long you need to leave or buy now. Mind you Ive been here less than 10min. So much for this place. I drop my cigars on his counter and tell him hes a giant a hole and Id never step foot back is his miserable store. Seriously Kerland Smoke is way better. I got the cigars cheaper and the owner here and staff are great. Kerland Smoke is just a few minutes away and you will be glad you didnt get the stench of Besy Way Smoke on your clothes. I will be surprised if his guy stays in business another month. Worst experience in years. Maybe the guy was on drugs that made him act the way he did but honestly Ive thought the guy was joking until I realized he was seriously being the biggest a** hole Ive ever met. Good job guy. Maybe dust off your product in the display case, maybe know something about what it is your selling, maybe dont look like a maniac when someone wants to search through your small little collection of cigars. Maybe forget to pay your lease and get out of AZ.

I highly recommend Best Way Smoke very friendly staff I was looking for a particular Cigar and they did not carry it the gentleman ordered a box and had them in stock within 2 days!!! Now that’s customer service! This is now my Cigar Shop to go to in Scottsdale!

Great prices and selection. Open till 10 PM Monday-Saturday and 9pm on Sunday. Friendly owner and they carry the full line of Nat Sherman tobacco
