Great concept, mediocre implementation and quality. I heard about this place from a friend of mine and decided today to try it out. Saturday morning, 9 am, and the place is so dead, two teen age girls are running the place. The actual donuts were great, but took forever to make (for more than 5 minutes, we used the entire production capacity of the store for our dozen doughnuts. Had there been a line of people, it seems the ones at fifth or sixth place in line would be waiting well over a half hour). The glazes, on the other hand, not much to brag about. We decided to order a dozen ($15.99) and try some of the existing menu items, so we filled out our order card and waited for them to work their magic. When we got them, we could not tell which was which. Only after trying several of them, did we realize, they apparently packed them in the same order they were listed on the order form. Even with that knowledge, we had arguments about which donuts were which. The apple pie donut and banana creme pie donut were indistinguishable as were the caramel bacon and the maple bacon. The margarita and key lime donuts had almost no discernible flavor and, unless I knew in advance, I would never have guessed that the glaze on the P-claire was chocolate. I hesitate to say "watered down", but that was my impression of the glaze flavors. The place was clean (again, no customers, so how hard is it to keep it clean?) and the girls were typical teen-aged girls (very chatty with each other, and the one who took our order was polite while she was directly engaged with us). Unless they can find a way to increase the intensity of flavors in the glazes, this is a nice novelty place that we may take our grandchildren to when they come to visit, but if I want donuts with flavorful toppings, I will go back to my local doughnut shop.

My husband and I went here yesterday with our two young boys. We got a dozen of the many different donuts that are featured on the wall. Im not a donut connoisseur or anything... but we thought they were amazing. Lots of different options and you can make your own creation. The boys loved it. Not sure what the unhappy people were looking for exactly but this is different than your typical Krispy Kreme. They are cake based so if thats not your thing you might not like them. But they really are tasty!

The owners are amazingly nice people! And of course there is nothing better that a warm, made-to-order donut. Tried the blackberry cobbler, which tasted just like a blackberry cobbler. The Arizona spice had a nice blend of sweet and spicy. And tried a few others... You honestly cant go wrong with any of them... The OC sand was delicious... I honestly dont know why you are still reading this review when you could be eating donuts!

Horrible doughnuts. I could have got a steak the same price as a dozen. I specifically asked if they had any regular doughnuts and the girl said yes the glaised and come to find out after I paid that ALL of the doughnuts are cake based? I never write bad reviews but this place should go out of business, cake doughnuts suck! I will be sticking with regular doughnut shops from now on. If it aint broke dont fix it

First visit and bought a dozen. Clean,bright and friendly store. If youre looks for a traditional donut this is NOT the place. Donuts are fresh, they make them right in front of you. Something I really didnt like is that they soak their donuts in syrup. Not a fan. Ordered a Plain Jane ( just a donut with, soaked in something) and wasnt impressed.

I am a semi healthy eater. Staying away from fried foods is my goal. The donuts got me sick. If you are the type of person that loves fried or fast food, dont care about health or dying early than this is for you. Healthy or semi healthy people should not eat this. You will regret it. Good luck.
