If I could give this place negative stars, I would. My parents bought an iPhone in January. Diamond Wireless is DECEPTIVE! After having problems with the phone a month after they purchased it they went to the Apple Store to get it fixed after being told by Verizon Wireless Apple would have to fix it. They were told by Apple that the warranty was to expire in September, though the phone had a one year warranty, and September was only 9 months from after they bought it. After speaking to the sales person, they were informed that the phone was actually used and was first sold in September of the previous year. The phone never left the store but was already sold and considered used by Apple in their records system. Thats why the phones warranty of one year was expiring 9 months after it was purchased the second time. The sales person said that the receipt said it was used when my parents purchased it (in the fine print). This is deceptive sales practices for several reasons: 1) my parents said they wanted a new phone from the start and were never offered one or told anything about purchasing a used phone. 2) They were never told it was used by the salesperson during the 1-1/2 hours we spent in the store. 3) It was removed from the original packaging just like a new phone would be when the salesperson activated it. 4) They were given a new phone package deal of a new phone case, charger, etc. like a new phone purchase. 5) Lastly, they were charged full price for the phone...not offered a discount for this "used" phone. After trying to speak to Diamond Wireless about this, my parents either got no response (managers wouldnt pick up the phone even when Verizon corporate tried to reach them) or they were told it was their fault for not reading the receipt. When told by my parents that they would be contacting the police and the AZ Attorney General about their deceptive sales practice, the salesman laughed! Talk about a company that stands behind their sale, eh? My parents filed a police report for deceptive sales practices and had to contact Verizon corporate to get any assistance. After a manager at Diamond Wireless was contacted by a supervisor from the Verizon Corporation later (I guess they finally picked up the phone), the store manager lied (see a pattern for this business?). When asked by Verizon about this incident, the manager said that my parents had been coming into their store for weeks nagging the store to give my parents a discounted phone. Thats quite interesting, because my parents didnt even know where the store was (I had to tell them where it was located the day they went to buy a phone). If the store were really doing my parents a favor, as they claim, why would they sell my parents a used phone but gladly charge them full price? Lies and more lies. DO NOT purchase a wireless device from these people. Their storefront and all the signage inside says Verizon (the inside of the store is Eve painted red and white...Verizon colors), but theyre only a wireless store that sells Verizon. Go to a Verizon corporate store or the Apple Store to purchase your phone and AVOID these cheats!

We needed to use a jetpack for wifi service for just one month of vacation time in a remote area while my wife finished an online college course over the summer. We asked the salesman how much the total cost would be if we kept the service for just one month and cancelled after that. We were told that it was $50 to start up the service, $50/month, and that the early termination fee was $150. We figured that $250 was a price we were willing to pay for my wife to be able to finish her class. We followed that plan, and 6 months later we received a letter from Diamond Wireless stating that the $150 early termination fee was to settle with Verizon Wireless. However, when I signed up for service, I also agreed to pay Diamond Wireless a fee of $400 if I ended my contract early. When I called to pay the fee, they also told me that if I dont send the jetpack back to them, I will receive additional fines. They did not break the law -- in the fine print of my agreement with them, Im sure that this early termination fee is divulged. I did not do my due diligence in reading over the entire agreement before signing. However, I specifically asked the salesman ahead of time what I would be paying in fees if I terminated the contract early, and he assured me that the $150 was all that I would need to worry about. He was either poorly educated about his own company, or he was deceptive. Either way, its not a company I want to work with again. Why not work directly with Verizon Wireless next time and avoid the complication of dealing with two companies simultaneously...? At least, thats my opinion and my experience.

By far the worst customer experience I have ever had at Verizon. The store manager Brendon tells me that he cant look at my account and will not call my corporate representative to get my phone fixed. I have a virtually a brand-new iPhone that just stopped working overnight. He then tells me its not his problem and to go to the Apple Store he will not help me anymore. Brendon needs to be fired immediately or he will continue to give Verizon a bad name. If all of their customer service reps act in this manner I will be taking my corporate account to another wireless carrier. Unbelievable! In addition when I asked him for his managers number and name he refused to give it to me. What kind of business operates in this manner and stays in business?

let me start with this, I came into the store years ago when the manager Justin was running the store. I remember leaving with a bitter taste in my mouth it felt like you kept trying to sell me a vacuum. Even though I came in with a memory issue on my phone he kept pushing me to buy a new phone. I swore I would never go back. Now here I am in 2017 and I got a call from the new manager saying that they were Under New Management. I decided to go in and check it out and I cant express how happy I am with the new changes! Tyler wasnt worried about trying to sell me, instead he treated me like family and took care of what I needed not what he needed. Ultimately I ended up buying from him and I recommend his business!! AMAZING SERVICE! (:

The Verizon Wireless store on Val Vista is owned by Diamond Wireless, they are an authorized retailer for Verizon and I LOVE THEM. They get special deals on wireless phones and cell phone accessories so they are usually cheaper than anywhere else, even online stores. Plus, they stand behind what they sell and they have GREAT customer service. I think Verizon is easily the best phone company there is, great service and low rates and Diamond Wireless is easily the best place to buy a verizon cell phone. Thanks for everything guys, I really appreciate you. ~ Philipe G

I recently started up services for 2 new iphones at this location and was told they were giving away an Ellipsis tablet as a promotion. I specifically said I wasnt interested if I have to pay for a contract for 4g service. I was told I didnt. It was just a promotional giveaway. Well.... I just paid $200 to a collection service for not cancelling 4g service on the tablet that was probably never turned on. They snuck a service contract on me. Dont go to this place for a phone. I dont have $200 to throw away, do you?
