Great doughnuts! As a connoisseur, I can say they are the best in Arizona. I usually buy a dozen even though I cant eat that much anymore. When I was a teen I worked at YumYum donuts in San Clemente Ca and almost over-dosed on donuts to the point that eventually I could only eat the warm raised glazed fresh from the fryer. Its a rare treat that Krispy Cream eventually discovered with their lame version, but you should try a warm one at a good doughnut shop if you can get one. If I had any complaint about BoSa, its that they are really reluctant to grab a warm one from the back.

Word of mouth will either sink a business or boost it - and you guys just earned yourself a trip to the bottom. Pro-tip: In the food service industry, if a product is unsatisfactory to a paid customer FOR ANY REASON, you replace the defective item OR you provide a full refund. To deny this industry-wide standard once is bad enough, but to have a member of "management" double down on it is UNCONSCIONABLE. We will tell everyone we know. We know a LOT of people. You owe Mr. Delgado a public apology and a refund, AT THE VERY LEAST.

The staff is incredibly friendly and professional. The doughnuts are delicious and are, in my experience, a notch above other Bosa locations that Ive been to. In addition to the plentiful number doughnuts to choose from, there are also a lot of other great menu items. The Thai iced tea is a particular favorite of mine. 24 hours of operation is a plus, however my only negative I have with this spot is that the number of on hand selections tends to thin out during evening and overnight hours.

Best donuts in Arizona hands down! I recommend the buttermilk, this donut is amazing. My 4 year old enjoys the various sprinkle donuts they carry (pink, white, or chocolate he says they are the best). Husband is a fan of the Boston cream and when they have them the chocolate filled. Their apples fritters are traditional fritters and my employees favorite. Once you eat BoSa you have a hard time eating anything else.

Visited this location (often do) this morning and for the second time in a month they got my order wrong. After having to wait in the drive thru (again) to have them correct it, instead of doing the right thing by their customer, they needed to charge me an extra .50 because they cant take an order correctly. Its .50 so its whatever, but cmon guys. Just fix the order and make it right for your customer. Annoyed.

Great donuts. The staff here are friendly and know their donuts. The menu outside of the donuts includes sandwiches, caffeinated drinks, bagels & Thai Tea (its good, but can be extra sweet). Try the Thai tea with the boba. I usually go in to order because I like picking my donuts. Check out their specials if you eat to get a good deal on glazed donuts or donut holes.

Longtime customer. Customer service has come to a standstill. You will get no more of my money. Messed up my order in the Drive-Thru for the fourth time this week and then had to argue about it inside at the counter and still didnt get the correct order.
