The Bullhead Safeway does not have a clue when it comes to customer service. I ordered a FRESH turkey for Thanksgiving - went to pick it up the day before - received a partially FROZEN turkey. Their excuse is they do not have room to keep fresh turkeys so they get a little frozen. Paid for a fresh turkey got a partially frozen turkey. Spoke with the meat manager and the store manager neither cared. The other unpleasant experience I had - asked the produce person where are the sweet potatoes? She pointed - - - over there - - - I said NO those are yams. Reply: Thats all we got!. OK - well what do I expect fresh turkeys are frozen and yams are passed off as sweet potatoes. Wont visit their isles for a good long time.

I used to shop here almost every night but over the last few months the service here has went way down hill. The blond manager, darla or whatever, checks out customers at a snails pace and one night she was even rude with a lady she offered help out to. It saddens me to see just how downhill this store went especially since I shopped there all the time... maybe things will get better if the lazy blond disappears... Guaranteed more work would get done without miserable woman there. If you hate your job so much, get another one...

Best grocery store in Bullhead City! Its clean, and organized well, and the deals are awesome, especially if you have the safe way app. Ive gotten tons of free items from using the app. AND the more you shop here the more money you can save getting gas at Chevron. So you get good food, at a low price, plus the best quality gas around at Chevron using the points you collect from just doing your normal shopping. AWESOME! :)

This is for the Starbucks in the store. My husband goes in the store almost daily to get my coffee. Tammy & Felicia are fantastic! They are in it. Their customer service is superior. No matter whats going on, they have a smile on their face and coffee in hand. When Ive come in during the day they have introduced me to new drinks for the afternoon! Wonderful girls and very knowledgeable. Very lucky to have them at the store.

Our Safeway store at 1751 highway 95 is one of the best stores around from the store manager Fred Walker to all the staff are courteous and helpful from the cashiers to the floors Weaver we have a great store here and we enjoy it. they pay their employees slave labor rates and they insult you by asking you to donate to some thing like they ask you to donate to breast cancer when their workers are on welfare SAFEWAY and other multi national corps PAY YOUR AMERICANS LIVABLE WAGES!!! a 40 hour week should get you out of poverty but working at safeway will not :/

The deli food is suspect. Mac salad is just meh. The Cole slaw is effn horrible. I made a HUGE mistake and ordered 3 lbs for a party. Smelled like a laundry hamper. My tech tip of the week. Go find a retired Polish woman to fix this. I cannot give your store any more of my hard earned money just to dump it in the garbage can.

Bought ground beef on sale 2pounds. They wrapped good beef around a pound and a half of truly rotten meat. I took pics and I want all bhc to know. Its so obvious that its intentional. Shameful people in that store. If I had seen any color like that before I would never have purchased it

This is a wonderful store. The employees are the top. The manager is always fixing things like fixtures , changing light bulbs stocking shelves, helping customers, in other words always doing something constructive. I very much admire this store and find it very appealing to shop in.

Found almost everything that I needed, but they refused to hello me look to fire wood when they said they had it, most times they are great, but this visit they just would not help like normally, and more then one didnt help like they had better things to do then help a customer.

Great store, well stocked. Friendly and helpful staff. Even had a manager run and get an item I couldnt find. On an extremely busy day, all lines were open and they did an excellent job of making me feel I was the most important customer, at that moment.

I saved $1 on a pack of diapers here by being a club member. Two members of the staff helped me out during the visit and were all smiles as they did. It was kind of busy, being that it was Christmas Eve. But all in all, this was a good trip.

Has everything you need, in one shopping trip. To early, as Safeway gets real busy after 10am. Has a pharmacy, alcohol sale tion...etc. Deli, coffee...etc. Great shopping experience! Even has "cart sanitizer".

Probably the highest priced grocery store in the area. Good quality products, friendly and helpful staff, clean and well kept. So if you want to shop here I recommend using their app and downloading coupons.

Prices are awesome! But the cashiers are a little slow and the one i had couldnt get the credit card w/ the bad chip to work and WOULDNT LISTEN TO ME OR OTHER CHECKERS ON HOW TO MAKE IT WORK.

Not bad, but not the best. Convenient location. The Safeway in Fort Mohave has more selection. For shopping in Bullhead City, I would recommend Smiths or Walmart.
