I love Albertsons! I use to be afraid to shop there cause I felt like I was going to spend more then when shopping at a competitor. I went to Albertsons one day for something quick and got looking around and they had so many sales. The things I always need the most (cereal, bread, eggs, milk, etc) always seem to be on sale. The employees are super friendly. They even let my youngest bag our groceries (she is determined that she will work there when shes old enough so she always wants to "practice"). I really love the J4U promotions that they do and the gas points that you can earn. And, I dont spend more than at the competitor, I actually probably spend less. The only things I dont like to buy here are things like toilet paper, toothpaste, and other household items, unless they are on sale.

I was shopping at Albertsons in Tooele today at about 5pm. I couldnt find the toothpicks. First employee I asked didnt know, so I went around the store looking again. Second employee sent me to the toothpaste isle. Third employee pointed me in the right direction, and I finally found them. I was very frustrated with the customer service I was shown. Also may I point out at WalMart which is a much busier store, if I ask where something is they personally take to where the product is..So come on Albertsons lets work on customer service!!

Very professional staff. They carry Lucerne dairy produts, which are very good quality. They have the best butcher block in Tooele County. The app coupons save a lot of money and give fuel rewards. They also participate in the Monopoly game, which is a lot of fun. Reason for 4 stars is due to product availability. They seem to run out of items quickly. Maybe try ordering more product on popular sale items. In my opinion, Albertsons is the best place to shop in Tooele County, especially for meat.

This is an Albertsons. Its in Tooele. I went there to get French bread, which they had a mediocre loaf of. I can be somewhat pretentious about my grocery shopping experiences, but I go to a different store every time Im visiting relatives out here, and there just isnt that much of a selection of higher end establishments. Which is fine. Albertsons has everything any normal store would have. Which is plenty to be able to pick up our barbecue provisions of buns, cheeses and Mexican grade heroin.

Always nice and friendly customer service. I would really like to see the little young man that works the parking lot and bags at the Tooele Albertsons. Not sure of his name but very helpful get some sort of recognition. He is out gathering carts really fast and putting them away so the wind dont blow than into the cars. He was helping direct traffic when the parking lot was being repaved, always rain, snow, sun, wind it just dont matter he is there helping.

Theres a customer service representative that was abusive to some of the staff in front of me, and when my grandson asked her where the restroom was, she was very rude to him. This was the 2nd time I have been to this store. The 1st time I went there, I used a handicapped wheelchair. It quit working at the back of the store by the meat section. The staff acted as if I had never used one of these chairs before. She was rude to me.

Its on the expensive side but this is the only place I can get pumpkin cookies!!! The fruit, vegetable, meats and baked goods sections are for sure the best in town. They always seem to have the best variety and selection. My daughter loves the carts with the cars on them. Keeps her entertained the whole time mostly and she has the attention span of a goldfish.

I like shopping there because its not crowded but every time I buy a product there its expired so if youre going to buy something there make sure you look at it expiration date Im getting to the point where Im going to shop somewhere else cuz everytime I go there I bring home two or three items that are expired and I dont have time to run down and exchange it

I like to go in to a store and have everything right close by. You dont have rows and row and long halls to walk dowm. They may not have the variety of things like Walmart and the prices are higher but walking from one end of Walmarts to the other you end up picking 2 to 3 extra items so the price turns out about the same.

I mainly use this store because it has a SavOn pharmacy inside. I prefer to use that pharmacy instead of the other ones in our town. I live on a fixed income so I have to shop wisely and the grocery prices tend to be higher than I can afford. Its always clean and the staff are usually courteous.

One of the few Albertsons thats STILL operational. Youll find pretty much anything you need within seconds, the aisle are clean and less crowded, the cashiers are friendly and efficient with the check out. Parking lot is fairly small and you wont get lost like any typical Walmart parking lot.

The pharmacy staff were terrible and rude. They were very abrupt! The pharmacist and technician we both incompetent and did not help me at all. If there was a 0 star I would put that! Im so not satisfied. They denied my prescription because I am an Arab/African American!

Absolutely horrible customer service everytime I go here. From getting stared down by employees to waiting 10 minutes just to get poor assistance by a rude employee at customer service. Unless they have an amazing sale, which they occasionally do, I avoid coming here.

All five bok choy that I looked at had mold on the leaves and the leaves had dead spots on them and your celery as far over price at a dollar 29 a pound when down the street at Macys it was a dollar 57 for the whole stalk of celery instead of one piece of celery

You cant beat Albertsons. This is the best place in the area for fresh produce and quality meats. Prices are competitive but worth it for their selection and their house brands cant be beat. There best part, its a store in Utah that doesnt sell Western Family!

It was well put together and the meat was cheap and the deals were good and the staff were friendly. It just always seems like they are moving a huge amount of things and the normal price of some things is REALLY expensive compared to competitors.

Not the cheapest grocery store in town, but they definately have the best meat selection and availability. Sometimes there is a screaming deal that is super amazing. Never see many employees around the store.

Out of the few grocery stores in town I like Albertsons the best. Decent floral department, good meat, most of the time the produce is great. The bakery is soso. Deli is pretty good. Overall great!

For the most part, more expensive than my regular grocery store but closer for convenience. Wish they hadnt eliminated the self checkout, used to be a lot easier to get in and out.
