If I could leave less than one star I would. I ordered cookies more than two hours ago. Im sitting here two customer service calls later with no cookies, STILL. I placed my order, and then my dog had to poo. I checked the "Cookie Tracker" and it said they were still being baked, so I thought, "Okay, great, I have time." I walked the dog and came back to three missed calls and a voicemail saying, "Which apartment complex is it, I cant tell... Im just taking them back to the store, call customer service." So I call CS for the first time and am told they are being redelivered. I call them for a second time 40 MINUTES LATER when Ive still got no delivery... at that point Im told they didnt acknowledge the first request for redelivery. Im pissed and will never be giving my service to this group again. I would send an angry email to get coupons, but honestly I dont even want to deal with them anymore.

I was born on January 16th, 2017. The others told me I am a sugar cookie. I was baked for an eager customer. I could hear a palpable desire in his order; we locked eyes from across the room. I was only feet away, in the post-baked section of the store, waiting to be brought to the register. After an hour, I could see that the desire was fading from his face and in its place I saw frustration and resentment. Why the staff didnt take me the 12 feet from the kitchen to the register, I shall never know. He wanted to eat me and was anticipating my granular sugary sensation, but after cooling to near sub-zero temperatures, what was once the perfect sugar cookie, was turned into a mediocre lump of sugar and flour. I never saw him again. He never called back. I heard from a chocolate chip cookie that he is baking at home now, that, or he is going to Publix bakery.

The cookies are good, the service not so much… On more than one occasion, I have placed a small order online only to receive a call and be told that they dont have enough drivers to run my order, but that Im free to come pick it up. Most recently, I ordered at about 1:45 am and the manager called me to say that they had just received a "huge 200 cookie order" and that no drivers were able to come deliver my order. She told me I could come pick my order up (even though I already paid the delivery fee and driver tip on the app!) or cancel it. This experience is common at this Insomnia location. I would recommend getting your cookies elsewhere, or ordering for carryout from the get-go.

This is extremely ridiculous. I ordered at 8:00p.m at 10:30 I called and they said the deliver was headed back to the store to get the cookies to deliver them to us, it is 11:10 and we just called again and the cookies are still at the store and they dont even have a phone inside of the store to call and see whats the hold up. You have to call the call center and go through too much of a hassle to see whats the problem and still have to pay $20 for 6 cookies thats ridiculous. They definitely have lost my service.

Place an order online for 2 dozen cookies. after an hour, I called the toll free number (due to the fact that there is not a local number) and was put on hold for almost 10 minutes. Then the customer service lady told me that they had just received a memo that their internet server was down and that they had not received any online orders since 10AM!!! This was at 3PM. That is very disappointing. I might be willing to stop by and make a purchase at the actual store, but I will not order delivery again.

Honestly i dont think i have ever been more dissapointed with customer service than my experience with insomnia cookie. I called for a pick up and was told that they where to busy to accept my pick up. So i walked over to the store and discovered that it wad actually empty and was able to get my order place and fulfilled in less than 5 minutes. To add insult to injury while i was in the store, that was still empty, i called to place an order for delivery and was told they where to busy.

The cookies are not good. I was curious as to why there was such a long line, and then I realized that the manager or shift lead was I guess the only person who could use the register? She kept leaving the register to make sure orders were together despite there being a staff of 5 other people in the store. I know its new, and I guess they are still trying to organize the store? But, the mall has better cookies. I think store bought cookies taste better. Dont waste your time.

Waited an hour and 30 minutes. Called customer support "your order is up next" waited another 30 minutes. Still baking. Call again "order could be another 45 minutes". After 2 and a half hours of waiting I call again and ask for a refund and they say "let me guess, youre from tuscaloosa" I say yes and they say "of course". I got my refund, but this is truly some of the worst customer service. Atleast hold in the sparky remarks when you are on the phone with the customers please.

This place is horrible. The absolute worse service ever! I ordered 7 cookies and they crammed them into to two tiny bags. Needless to say all my cookies got smashed. Meanwhile they had perfectly good tiny boxes waiting to have cookies placed in them. $14 for smashed cookies that were no better than tollhouse bake at home is ridiculous. I would give them zero stars if I could. Give me Great American Cookie Company anyday over this joke of a place.

Awful, absolutely awful. I placed an online order and here I am almost 2 hours later still waiting. They dont have a phone in the store which is ridiculous so calling the number takes you to the master customer service center. I will NOT being ordering again, just down right awful service and Im really not one to complain. Just glad I planned on paying with cash so I didnt waste any money.

Id give this place zero stars if I could. Customer service is awful, and its really disorganized. They will have you waiting hours for a small order and their cookies arent really worth it. You are better off just making your own or going to the Publix across the street. Dont see this place lasting very long and I predict they will be out of business very soon! Good riddens

I understand everyones concerns about their wait time but I work for Insomnia Cookies and our job is a very busy and demanding place. We are working hard daily to provide great service and hope that customers would understand what we have to deal with behind those delicious cookies. We appreciate everyone who eats our food and appreciate you for your loyalty.

Called in after our delivery order had taken two hours to reach us, and was told that there was only one driver in the store, and that our cookies were still 45 minutes away thank goodness we could get a refund. Youre a fracking late-night-cookie-delivery place, how are you not going to have more than one driver? thats like Dominos only having one driver.
