Service sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The employees lack communication skills and very disorganized. I actually witnessed an incident where they treated a customer with no respect. That was a warning sign that I completely ignored, so please dont ignore this one. Aarons Rental is more professional and you will enjoy the service. Sears now has a program in Prattville, AL for clients with not so perfect credit. You save money and you receive great service.

Wouldve rated a zero if possible. Ordered a phone screen 2 months ago and received no calls saying it came in last week. Moving and they wouldnt refund the money. They did offer to sell me the screen for $15 under total costs of the screen and install. They also Claimed they called me and I had no voicemail. Lol. Avoid at all costs. Horrible service.
