We ordered a couch a month before we closed on our new house, so that we would have something new to put in our new house. 4 week later we went in to check on the status of said couch and it had never been ordered. So they said they would order it that day an itd be another 4-6 weeks before it would be in. Never heard from then 4-6 later. Called the store the week of the 4th of July which would have been 14 weeks since the original order should have been placed, 10 weeks since they were supposed to actually order it (the 2nd time). Lady said the supplier was closed and would call me the following week. Still no word. SO! Its now 17 weeks since the original order was supposed to be placed, called last night and the man on the phone said there is no record of it EVER being ordered AND that we would not be getting our money back and that we could have in-store credit. Also, apparently the store manager is NEVER in and he said he MIGHT be in on Saturday. Worst experience ever. Will be going in there on Saturday to have a little talk with said manager. Legal proceedings may have to follow. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ANY OF ITS LOCATIONS. Worst customer experience you will ever have.

Kokomo store is amazing. Very polite and nice uplifting staff. Furniture on the floor is set up nicely like you would in your home and in categorized sections. Very easy going atmosphere and can take all the time you need to look around and try out any piece. Delivery was earlier than expected and they called beforehand. Handled our home and new furniture with care and attentiveness. No mess or fuss and the polite gentlemen built furniture with little noise, relatively quickly and took all trash with them like they were never here. Thank you Dillmans for such a great experience and price I will recommend you highly.

Employees are very attentive, helpful and friendly. We shopped around before buying new furniture for our new home. We came back to Dillmans to purchase all of our mattress sets, dining set and living room set. The prices were better than competitors, they gave us a bundle deal, and were able to order living room set that we seen before and loved. Didnt even get a chance to really look around we went in asking about different options on purchasing the man couldnt get on his phone and even look me in my face the lady behind the desk only said: do you have a cheating account when I said no she also turned her head couldnt even look at us...however thats yalls mistake....we will buy new beds kitchen table sofa and recliners but not from your store...you shouldnt dismiss people so quickly....

Lots of cheap quality furniture. They had some furniture stacked so you couldnt get a good look at it and there were several with nicks scratches on the corners. Everything I looked at, the worker said he would take off $100-why not just post it $100 less. Makes you wonder about how they price items in the store. Didnt get a good feeling while in the store.

I ordered merchandise from this place and had to wait extra time just to get it and when I finally received it all of the pieces were not in the boxes this place suck and their customer service suck to when icalled the store a man told me well people make mistakes but their suppose to be a professional business. dont buy from here

Was attracted to this place via a flyer, advertising drastically slashed prices.Upon arrival, was helped by a very friendly gentleman who directed us to the most expensive items we were looking for. Even after bargaining with him.. the quotes were not what was advertised.

My mom waited 8 weeks for her new lounge chair. She paid cash and been told it would be a max of 6 weeks. When she called, she was told they had forgot to order it. Now after another 5 weeks, its here. Will see. Peru store. Not a good experience.

DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! FURNITURE IS CHEAP(especially the mattress and boxsprings) AND WILL NOT LAST! MANAGEMENT VERY ARROGANT AND RUDE. IVE LEARNED MY LESSON AND WILL NEVER STEP INTO THAT RAGGEDY STORE AGAIN!
