Been to store on a few occasions. First visit was excellent. Second, third, fourth -awful. As others have stated snooty is word. My husband gave me a $100 gift certificate for Christmas. Went to the store in Mid January and they did not have the bra I needed or wanted in stock. Claimed they were getting a shipment in 3 weeks. Went back on Feb 11. Still no shipment. Ended up buying g a different bra and placed an order for the bra I needed. Was told it would be 4-6 weeks. I forgot about the order. When I remembered I called shocked that the bra was NOT in. This was mid-April! Sales rep said they had a problem with supplier and it should be soon. Today, May 12th I went to the store. Told the clerk I wanted a refund. Since it was partially paid with a gift certificate, the manager Carissa said she could only do a store credit! Uh no! Cause Im not coming back to a store with such lousy customer service. Not once have I even been called to say sorry for the ordering problem. I explained I wasnt leaving until I got the full refund. I referenced the other poster who had the same problem in Jan. So clearly they knew there was a problem and STILL took my money knowing there was a problem. lousy and shameful company. Needless to say I got my money. Good riddance folks

On February 2015 just right after Valentines day, I went into fitting touch to see if they had my size bra. This was my second time going to the store on why 280, I have been once fell in love with the fact that they could size and order a bra finally my size. On this day one of the sales lady told me that they would have to order my size again because they didnt have it in the store. The sales lady then went to look up my file to see what my size was, she then asked if I was going to pay for it then and I told her when it comes in I would. I asked her if that was OK and she looked at me like,I was not coming back so yeah it doesnt matter, we will call you. To this day September 4,2016 I have not received a call. Myself and my husband have called that store every week since. We get this same LIE, that the manufacturer is backed up or that they were having problems with that particular company. I always ask if it made a difference if I would have paid for it first would I have been received the bra yet. We have even offered to come pay to see if that would make the process go even quicker to get some resolution. The still say No and that they would call STILL NO CALL. One of the worst customer service experiences of my life. I ordered three bras in November 2015. I called every month for five months and requested a status update on my order. They repestedly stated that I should have the Bras within a few weeks. I left numerous messages from January through June for the owner to return my call. Evidently there is not a manager. The owner is the only person authorized to deal with customers. She never returned any of my messages. In June 2016 and employee told me to come in. They would fit me for another brand and give me three bras. I was under the impression they were going to try and make it right. Stead,They tried to upsell me and refused to give me three Bras. Basically, I waited for seven months and left gypped. Not only do I not recommend this store… I urge everyone to stay away. I intend to file a claim with the Better Business Bureau. They basicallly Took my money and held it hostage for seven months. They never fix the situation. Isnt that stealing?

After coming to this store for years today I experienced some of the worst customer service. Not only was the so called specialist rude and had the attitude she could care less if I made a purchase. I was told that the vendor had computer issue. Ok...back in December we were told this same bs about the bra my daughter wanted and it took 3 months to get. This is the only store that carries her size. It is hard to believe the same story 7 months later. Then I was told they had already closed the Nashville store. So I left there without purchasing a bra as she did not try to help me find one that would fit correctly. I have a bra that is only 3 months old that has a wire coming out in the middle. I never thought the owner would allow this in her store. Im not sure what Im going to do.

I ordered 2 bras on Feb 14, 2016. The bras were never shipped in 5 months. Called the store in July and was told the system was down and the bras had not come in. Returned to the store in September to get a refund on the 2 bras. I ordered another bra and was told it would take 4 weeks. It is now Feb 22, 2017 and still no bra. I called the store and was told that they have had problems getting products from this vendor. I explained to the manager on duty that they need to improve their customer service. No one ever called to explain the problem with the bra. I also told her that this is not the first time that I have had a problem with their store. I now travel to Sango, TN to Teresas Bra Shop to get the bras that we need. It is awful that I have to pass their store to get the same bras.

The Fitting Touch has probably the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. I wear a size not found in any other store around here besides The Fitting Touch, but I really hate going in there because of the fitters. Im on a very tight budget, so its not always feasible for me to buy a $75 bra on a whim, but I liked to go in to try them on just to see which bra I could save up for. Even if you do buy a bra, theyre so pushy and snooty. The last time I went, one of the fitters just shoved her hand down my bra and pulled my boob up. Kind of rude when you just do that unexpectedly... Its really not even worth it anymore, just go to Amazon and buy bras where its free shipping and free returns--plus theyre usually a good $20-30 cheaper online.

The customer service I received when I first went there back in December was great. They helped me find a good bra. Then I had to order that bra in my size and everything went downhill. They ordered the bra online for me on 1/6/16 and I was told that it would take 4-6 weeks before the bra shipped to me. I was fine with waiting. But then the months carried on and no one even called me to explain or apologize about my bra not being shipped yet. It is now April 11th and I still have not received word from the company about where my bra is or anything. I will be getting a refund from them and never shopping there again.
