I dont know what these bad reviewers are talking about. Every time Ive been in there, they have been great. I can appreciate if someone feels watched in such a place, but I can also see where the staff needs to, as Im sure they have plenty of shoplifters who are too embarrassed to buy some of the merchandise. Regardless, I never felt unreasonably scrutinized. Also, when I was trying to select a vibrator set for my ex, the lady there was very friendly, very helpful, very frank and made me feel comfortable. While many of the products are cheaply made (most adult toys are) they have a better selection than most stores that I have been in--and Ive been in a lot. The DVDs are grossly over priced, but thats probably industry reaction to so much free pron on the internet. All in all, Id recommend the place. And if you dont want to be watched too closely, dont act nervous or uncomfortable in the place. After all, the staff deals with this kind of retail all day long and outing your kink to them is just part of the process. Grow up or dont go in there.

I only give it 3 because if you walk in near closing time they spend the time to tell you how long before they close which is fine. Then you drive by before closing time and they cut off the lights and are are already counting money. So if you feel the need to tell me in a previous visit when your closing.... dont close early even if its 5 minutes. You cant emphasize it on one end then practice something different on the other.

Options were scarce. Service and staff were very rude and unfriendly. I, too felt like I was being watched as apposed to wanted in the store. I felt like I was a bother when I asked a simple question. Will not be returning to this store. I suggest Mirandas in Nashville. A little off the beaten path, great customer service, and excellent choices! Definitely worth the drive!

If it wasnt for my fiance wanting a new outfit this establishment would never receive a sale from our money. Denying customers due to children is uncalled for. They expect everyone coming in to be childless or make plans for their children just to stop by a lingerie shop. Wide selection is only nice thing about this store....as I look in from the car.

There are definitely not customer friendly. I was rudely approached and watched around the store. Afterward, I felt like I had to prove that I wasnt shoplifting so I bought something, but the employee made sure that I was her gaze and when I asked questions, I was replied with sharp remarks. Not coming back.

This place was fantastic. My wife and I received outstanding customer service from a lovely young lady in there working by the name of Chelsea and were very satisfied with our purchase. Dont know what when wrong with others experiences but ours was excellent!
