If there was 0 that would be the rating. They purposely sold me a broken item just to get it out if the store. Ive heard the employees talk smack about other customers employees and the manager more than once.they are not professional. When I first wrote a review the manager contacted immediately but that was it, I was unable to get ahold of her and it seams like none of the employees know when she is working because I couldnt get a time or day she would be in. The fact still remains that I spent hard earned money there and their employee stole it from me when she knowingly sold me a broken toy that cost $56 and change. Thieves straight disrespectful little thieves ..their policy is no returns no exchanges no exceptions. Ive since found in lovin mood owned by TJ on w St .he us very helpful informative and polite. He will take anything out of the package and let you check it out he tests every item that leaves his store,and even gives you free batteries. Where as this place charges some insanely ridiculous price....TJ at In lovin mood even took back the item that intimate treasures sold me hevsaidbthisbthung didnt work from the the start the wires were disconnected from the factory. He let mevoick out a replacement item for my wifes birthday since IT wouldnt do anything about it.. I own a local business in town and I tell everyone who mentions IT what lying careless disrespectful thieves that they are..andvi give them a 20%discount card to tjs. If I had known his store was there I would have been shopping there years ago. In lovin mood 10 out of 10 stars ,Intimate Treasures with probably erase this review like the last one I wrote....Fail!!!

Very good selection and friendly staff who is very knowledgeable and here to help. Whether youre experienced and open or first time and very shy about any of the subject items. They are there to help anyone and are open and non judgemental. Its a very friendly atmosphere and welcoming staff.
